1. Poor etiquette! 2, the service is even worse! I booked 2 rooms for my friend at RMB 360 and RMB 343. I also specially explained that there is breakfast service. My friend came to the breakfast desk the next morning, but told me that there was no breakfast! Not paid! Guests and friends can solve their own breakfast. Later, the hotel told that there is breakfast included! 3. The after-sales service is even worse! The attitude is also poor, and the meal fee is 30 yuan per room to send the beggars away!

颱風天，晚上十點多飛機到福州，一下飛機酒店就打電話來問能不能到達，我還莫名其妙，當然能到啊，打車司機帶着繞了兩個小時才到離酒店最近的一個口，剩下的一兩百米要自己步行，下車一看，全是被水淹了，頓時覺得無語，酒店門前全被淹了難道不該打電話提醒客人嗎？反而是問當晚還能不能到酒店，虧你還是連鎖酒店，提錢告知客人或者幫客人安排其他分店都可以啊，三個人拖着大箱行李，淌着水的進去前台問能不能找兩雙塑料拖鞋啥的，一律説沒有，並且前台也衹顧玩自己的手機，最後因為時間太晚了也是我們自己抱着大箱子淌着水走去酒店，酒店無任何解釋，真的太差太差了
