SureStay Plus by Best Western Mobile 1-65

The staff and the front desk are very respectful and helpful at times of needing anything they responded promptly and with a smile I will be staying with them again and I recommend it a good place to stay and rest breakfast and cleanliness.

Absolutely terrible! Checked in & given a room that was clearly NOT ready! Two beds & one bed NOT made up with pillows on the floor. Bath dirty, not cleaned. No towels in the bathroom. Soap left in the sink opened & packaging to the side. Breakfast was disgraceful! It didn’t exist. It was from 6-9am & at 8.30am there was only cereal! All the juice had gone, nothing replenished. Cooked food had all gone. Staff comment was that “everyone comes down between 6 & 7am & gets it!” There is no member of staff setting up, replenishing & cleaning up, it’s the front desk person doing everything. ONE member of staff at ALL times is crazy!

Room was adequate but no tissues or hot temp cups. i saw one roach in bathroom. a bit noisy from parking lot in back and room above

After reserving a room and driving over from Florida, we were told our room had been oversold and given away.

Place was dirty, strange people outside the place another place trying to charge you without you being there. Way to many pet outside. Did not look clean

Room had ants, key card hardly worked, breakfast was just boiled eggs cut up sausage and cereal

The room was clean check in staff was very nice. The parking lot had cars with busted windows and wrecked in the lot. The entire floor smelled like pot.

The room looked ok at first until the roaches came out tried to call front desk the phone doesn't work. My bathroom was dirty shower had a ring around it. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
