A good location with easy walking to the centre, bars and restaurants. The superior rooms were very good with no outside noise and a lovely shower. The breakfast was three star but very well presented and very tasty. The star of the show was Raphael on reception. A former pilot in the military, Raphael flew the flag for Hotel Boston. He was efficient, funny and professional - and made our hotel experience even more enjoyable.

Great location, rooms were okay should have had a kettle took days to get and underneath bed and wardrobe were filthy with dust. Apart from Gerti and Rafael who were fantastic the owner was rude and no customer service at all. Breakfast food was fresh and lovely but no bread/toast.

Hotel Boston is in a good location for everything in Montecatini- the train, grocery store, good restaurants and an abundance of shopping. Montecatini Alto is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Day trips from here are extremely easy whether by train or car. Its an excellent base for your Tuscan travels.

The staff was outstanding from checking in, to room service, and breakfast each morning. The room was great. The breakfast was all that you could want. The staff manning the front desk were very professional, extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location for exploring Tuscany. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The bar has amazing Happy Hour specials. We enjoyed the beautifully presented breakfast spread each morning. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The showers were new and bathroom squeaky clean. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. We will definitely return when we visit Italy again.

My husband and I stayed here with our teen sons in the next room. We enjoyed staying here! In no particular order its strengths are: location, quality breakfast; really nice staff, very clean and has comfortable mattresses.
