we had a great time. The hotel is in a really good location, handy for the town centre and the thermal park. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was extremely comfortable, the public areas were very well done and there was a great choice at breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. They served buffet breakfast so happy to see bacon and eggs and different pastries, bread and cheese and lots of cold cut meet.they also serve the blood orange juice and 4 other. You can order your choice of hot beverage. What's unique was the huge honey comb next to different crackers that you can scape off and there's tiny cups shaped waffle cones you can use withe the honey or jams and eat after. The rooms are very clean. Room/towel service daily. It's an hour train ride from s.m. novella florence station but worth it. Same hotel near the center will cost 2x or 3x more.

This is a lovely hotel situated in a terrific location for easy walking distance to a large number of attractions. Our room, although fairly small was lovely and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay and we were very impressed that the shower produced hot water immediately and that the towels were changed regularly. The staff were, without exception, charming and very helpful and we were always greeted with a large smile. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked with plenty of choices. And now comes the reason for only giving the hotel four stars instead of five - the breakfast buffet was served by just one coffee machine so, on occasions when busy, had to wait in a queue for ages while the machine cycled through the options. And secondly the dinner choice was very limited and quite bland - it did need more seasoning!

Fabulous hotel. Very friendly and great staff very helpful : welcomed in the mornings and evenings after “hard work touring!” The rooms were Lovely, very clean with everything provided Would recommend Food was adequate and if someone didn’t like what was offered - happy to offer alternative

We stayed in the Adua with Newmarket Holidays and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The rooms are nothing like the ones shown on the website. Out room had black mould in the shower, a cracked window on the balcony door, generally shabby and only one socket to use for charging phones etc unless you unplug the bedside lamps. We was only allowed one room key which we lost when we was out of the hotel and we was charged 10 euros for a new one! The receptionist was extremely rude and told us we should have left our card in reception when we went out. She informed me the everyone leaves they key card when they leave the hotel and she had travelled the world and always was told to leave her key. No one else in our group did this and we wasn’t told we should. The key card also sticks out horizontally and cut my arm when I walked past it. The food was very basic and generally cold. The waitress and lady who worked behind the bar were exceptional and always smiling unlike the reception staff who didn’t even greet anyone with a smile on arrival. They were also heard having an argument on reception! I will be taking this up with Newmarket Holidays.

We had a lovely few days here in Hotel Adua. The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is a lovely family atmosphere , which is a nice change from the larger chain hotels. The owners little dog Joy is a constant presence behind reception, and the owner assures me that the hotel is totally dog friendly !

Excellent stay for family. City center, small but live and pretty. Kind staff who does not hesitate to advise. Parking is private and secure for 6€ per day. Lovely breakfast with a delicious smiling coffee.

After booking flights to Pisa we didn't really know what the next step would be. We were recommended Monticatini Terme as a place to be based and found Hotel Adua on various sites. The location is great, we saw Tuscany and beyond in a week using a car but you could see plenty using trains. The hotel was a great place to start and finish the day, breakfast was great with your choice of fresh coffee served with a smile. All the staff were really friendly, our room had a small balcony overlooking the main street, great for catching the evening atmosphere. An added bonus was the small pool, perfect for a dip after a full day exploring Tuscsny. Great value.

The hotel staff was very kind, responded to all our requests, informed us about possible entertainment and attractions in the city. The food was very good, the restaurant staff were friendly and they served us excellently.
