"A great country hotel with convenient parking, good environment, and a very rich breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and nuts. The room is spacious and you can cook. It is the most comfortable meal in the past few days. It will not be killed by the salty outside, and you can eat a lot of vegetable leaves. Highly recommended to stay! "An elegant and beautifully maintained historical property with added bonus of architectural features spanning Greek antiquity, the Knights Templar, through feudal Sicily. These, the antiques dotting the common spaces, the beautiful stone work round the property and the landscaped gardens made our stay a unique and memorable experience. I should not forget to mention the attentive staff and the generous breakfast buffets and dinners featuring locally sourced cheeses, salamis, fruit, olive oils and wines. From the Eremo della Giubiliana, we found it easy to reach the major tourist attractions of southeast Sicily including Noto and Siracuse in our car."
