Lovely boutique hotel, fantastic location, friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms etc! No parking available but you have access to a carpark approx 5mins away - the hotel has recently been renovated and has an amazing roof terrasse, breakfast was also super fresh and lovely. Would highly recomend this hotel which is the perfectspot to go and viait Ibla / Ragusa!

We had a great stay at Iblaresort. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast really nice. Parking is very close by, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed a great view. Unfortunately the gardens were closed in the winter, and much of Ragusa was closed in February as well. The few issues which keep it from being 5 star were the very small shower which had no shelf for personal items, the loud water pump and the extremely thin walls in which you could hear everything the room next door was saying. I would still definitely recommend staying here in Ragusa, just be aware of these things.

Very nice room (junior suite) and location. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Very pleased with parking, as spaces are limited in Ragusa and most other towns. The receptionist, Elainia, was wonderful—extremely helpful (and cooked the best eggs we had our entire trip, which included several 5-star hotels ! Thank you, Elainia.

We stayed in hotels for two weeks on a bike ride through Sicily. This hotel sticks out in my mind because of the owners and how much they care about their hotel. It was their nona's house, and they treat it and their guests with a caring attitude and respect. The views from the balconies were amazing. Breakfast was lovely. The garden is beautiful. Everything about this hotel says we care about you and your experience here with us.

Absolutely amazing. You must stay here if you are in Ragusa. Perfect location. Kindest staff, so helpful. They even have a beautiful private garden that overlooks the old city. You can just relax at the garden, or do a tour (which i highly recommend, as you even get to make your own little plant at the end of the tour!). Absolutely incredible place to stay. They also even have a rooftop terrace for breakfast (which was delicious!!!).

The service was great! The hosts were friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was good, however, the food is on second floor, and if your dining table on 1st floor (there is only one table for each floor), you need to always ask the person to bring you the food. The room was stylish and looked as in pictures. Orange juice was fantastic! I did not understand at the time of the booking that this is not the hotel that takes up the building, there are some flats that spread out in the city. So the reception is in one building and the rooms are in different buildings as well. Our room was pretty cold, there was an air conditioner, but it was quite loud. I am not sure what was about the beds, but my family did not sleep well, our back hurt in the morning, I think the mattress was too soft for us. Also, bathroom has quite unusual strange shower options, besides the normal once, it has some water streams from the wall, so when I tried to arrange for the normal shower, I got wet....it was very annoying... Then I tried to blow dry my hair....and it took forever...I think this is the slowest hair dryer that I have seen in the hotel; it is not possible to dry the long hair (unless you have a couple of hours). I would really recommend to update the hair dryer.

Thank you for an exceptional stay. It is very beautiful. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. Such friendly hosts also. The spa bath option is nice but even the rooms with balconies are lovely. Breakfast has a good range, sitting outside on the roof terrace. Such a treat!

Really loved staying here. Had the deluxe room across the street from the mail hotel, and it was very nice. The bed was comfy, too. Best part of all was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated their kindness. Thank you, Antonio!
