We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

I have been hosted here for three days and the people who serve here the service is excellent, jeseeca reception - bookings have an excellent customer service, always smile, very friendly, She's a great person and lucky she's working here, me. He impressed his customer service, and the shopper that is in the morning is very working, he does everything and always takes care of all the needs of all customers, there is a driver that leads you anywhere to no more than 10 kilometres, The hotel is very friendly and it is always with you and it is always trustful, my congratulations to everyone, I hope to come back soon.

Although the property is in a good location and includes limited parking, the room was dirty; with a peculiar smell the a/c didn’t work properly and the mattress is severely outdated: The springs chimed at the minor movement, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as in the bath curtain I found hair and dust. The hotel is lacks manteinance. If it were earlier and less tired, i’d had move to other hotel.
