The location is very good and convenient. The property is brand new, but it has some water-drainage problems in the terrace. It started to rain and water from the terrace was getting into our room, through a leak from the room's ceiling. Fortunately, our stuff did not get wet.
My complaint is with house kipping. When we went to our room to get our stuff in, there were hairs in several areas of the room including the bathroom. I was under the impression that they had not cleaned the flooring at all.
After the ceiling leak we were transferred to another room and again there were hairs everywhere. Somebody needs to supervise house kipping. When we reported the incident at the front desk they did not even apologize or say anything other than it was going to be reported.

The attention and service of the staff at the breakfast is extremely poor and slow. Every day it took almost 30 minutes for them to make scramble eggs even if I was the only customer at the restaurant area. Also the service was terrible...
Rooms are very small, but they are okay to sleep.

I didnt like that it is not close to the Fashion Mall or San Agustin Mall. there are a few stores close to hotel but limited
the rooms are small for the price you pay no pool

The hotel's really nice; although I had issues with the shower (getting hot water), the hotel helped.
Regarding breakfast, they have really simple stuff but it's okay.

When I arrived the hotel, they told me that the Wi-Fi in rooms were broken. Three days later, till I checked out, the problem hadn’t been resolved! And I am businessman who need working online and having online meetings a lot! So, how can I trust this hotel again?! I will not try this again in the future.
