Stayed here for a night, very busy hotel with just 2 receptionists checking in, resulting in a 30 min queue. Got the twin plus room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast sadly let the hotel down - nothing was cooked to order, meaning everything was presented buffet style. I arrived at 7:30 to Luke warm omelettes and cold sausages. Beach area is nice, and the walk along the beach to cafes and tavernas was a good option!

the best thing about the hotel, on the final two nights they invited the whole staff team back to the hotel for the night to enjoy the greek dancing show, have drinks and celebrate a fabulous, hardworking season! What a lovely gesture, says a lot about how it’s run!:) guests and staff loved this!! *top tip bring Mossy spray and cream, the river meant they were really keen at this hotel lots of us got bitten and repellant was £10 in the shops here. Excellent Corfu holiday! We arrived home on Monday after a week here. The hotel is clean, has lots of things to do and is in a good location. Perfect for family’s or couples We had a 30min transfer from the airport with jet2, could be longer in high season with more drops, the hotel has its own stretch of private beach! Which is gorgeous! there is a mini market on site with prices similar to other and 2 other shops selling beach wear/toys /souvenirs etc. it is about an 5 minute walk to actually get out of the hotel grounds as it’s down a long road once out of the hotel there is plenty of restaurants, shops and excursion places, we booked with the guys right outside the hotel to go to the blue lagoon which was fabulous! we also got a bus to Corfu old town for €2.20 each way from right outside the hotel about 40 mins There is a little lady with a boat towards the right side of the hotel who takes your across the river for €1pp to a beach full of bars and restaurants, saves you walking round. The food was good, 2 restaurants and always lots of choice. Towards the end of the week it became less as there was only about 40 guests left and it was closing down for the season but still plenty of choice of meat, fish, salads and pudding. There was snacks in the main bar at multiple times during the day and help yourself ice cream cones all day. I’m sure there was a beach snack bar too but this was closed for end of seasons. People will moan it wasn’t great but I still ate huge amounts I’ll show you a picture of a man’s plate! Greek night on the Friday was the best night for food and entertainment! Staff always prompt and kind We had a family room in the garden block, it was Modern, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The hotel has an arcade room with lots to do and little ride on monster trucks for 3euros for 20 Mins a HUGE park and 3 kiddy depth pools, as well as the kids splash park and the slides(large slides were €6 for the whole stay) The animation team were fab!!! Lots of shows and guests booked in, Latin dancing, modern singers, Greek dancers, karaoke night and always a good mini disco. They worked tirelessly throughout the day with things to do for guests and made it extra special with a birthday cake and song for my son on our last night! We paid £15 for the cake. The sea is stunning, the hotel is great, weather was fab for October with 28-25 every day! All round a fabulous holiday with all staff being amazing!! Would 100% go back!! Lovely family hotel , we stayed it a bungalow, no problems at all it was perfect . We had no problems getting a sunlounger around the pool at varied times. Food was good , always something for everyone and the free ice creams all day went down well . We would definitely go back !!!

We've just got back from our holiday at Messonghi Beach resort. It's a great place with beautiful views, perfect beach location, friendly staff, delicious food and a good choice of activities. I particularly want to recommend Soula Sakadaki should you wish to book any trips outside the resort. She is such an amazing lady, very caring about the people, ready to help at any time. The world needs more people like her!!❤️Please only book with her if you want to have great memories for yourself and your family 😊❤️

We stayed here last week as a family of 5. We arrived around 11.30pm and our check in was quite smooth, we were given drinks tokens and drinks vouchers to use at the bar so we could have a drink before bed. We had 2 rooms on the French side, which were good in size and had a lovely little patio out the front. The bathrooms however were ridiculously small and the shower if you are over a size 8 will struggle to move about in. We had quite a big issue on our first full day, it was my daughter’s birthday and I had emailed the hotel a few weeks in advance about ordering a birthday cake. I had emailed twice and no reply so did a 3rd time and got through to the reception manager maria who said the cake had been ordered and would be complimentary. When we check in we mentioned this to reception and they said it’s fine pop down in the morning to arrange a time. In the morning we went to reception and arranged for the cake at 6pm. Come 5pm reception ring the room and say they need a few details regarding the cake, I go and show them the email and then the chef comes out very unhappy and says he has not made and will not make for tonight. Obviously I am then really upset and worried, my husband then went to reception and they said oh yes we have your order it has been made, give us 15 minutes. My husband then saw a member of staff driving down the road and then brought in a cake which looked to be from a local bakery. This whole saga was a lot of stress and could have been handled very differently, I feel that it also spoilt our first full day at the hotel. Another thing to note is the French side are very loud, very rude and act like they are above everyone else. They have entertainment in the small cafe area which was opposite our room and that blasted music and singing until the early hours. It was more frustrating because the main entertainment put on by the hotel finished at 11, everyone had to go back to their rooms, all inclusive finished at 11 and then you just have the persistent noise from the French side. I think the hotel should either combine the 2 or separate the 2 rather than the semi merged system they have currently. Regarding food- it was pretty basic, never hot more like warm and not a lot of choice.. the pizza bar was lovely and the ice creams were great. Drinks were basic, but the bar staff always really friendly. The location of the hotel is fantastic, we spent most of our time in the kids aqua pool and at the beach. We ventured over the river on the boat which is 1 euro each and that was a nice change of location. We ate at sprios on the beach which did fantastic gyros! I have to mention Soula- what an angel! We booked the blue lagoon boat trip through her, she was so friendly great with our kids and gave them all little gifts each. Cannot recommend her more! The blue lagoon trip itself is out of this world and something you should defo do! The captain was hilarious and a lot of fun, the lagoons are beautiful and the stop at sivo

We have just spent 7 days here for a celebration holiday for my brother’s 30th birthday and 2 other family members’ birthday. The hotel is very clean and has beautiful grounds. It is well maintained. There is several pools, although one pool is solely for a separate members only club. They also have their own restaurant, beach area and entertainment. The entertainment for the rest of the hotel was good but you had to be there early to get a good seat. The food and drink- it was edible - nice but very repetitive with most dishes getting served consecutively ( Pastitsio- Greek lasagna, chicken drumsticks etc). Most dishes were not labelled either! You either had to guess or catch the chef when they were at the buffet area to ask, which was followed by a sharp response; “ pork, chicken, fish”! The wine was ok, much nicer in the beach restaurant ( I only tried red wine). I tried 1 cocktail ‘Corfu Delight’ which was nice. The beer was ok depending on the day. I usually have at least one night of enjoying a good few alcoholic drinks but, as the drinks were not up to my standards it didn’t happen. If I had known earlier on in the holiday about the beach restaurants then maybe… Overall; this was my 3rd time at an all inclusive, which I would rate as second best, out of the three. There is lot of amenities on site which is convenient.I bought sandals from the Garden Shop for €9.50 and saw exact same pair for €17.50 out on the front by the round about. Tips; explore the area by walking along the beach, to the left there is a row of beach restaurants and shops. Really gives you a sense of ‘holiday vibe’ I think can get lost in all inclusive resort. To the right you’ll come to Messonghi River, with a short boat trip €1, will get you over the other side to the explore more Tavernas and shops. For both routes it’s 5 minutes walk max!

Hotel Messonghi Corfu.. Very clean hotel. Air conditioning amazing .. Reception let us down abit , Gave us the wrong rooms for our first night , so my son was on a children's bed , he's 6 foot. As a family all on holiday for my siblings 30th , the reception did not really help that much so we changed rooms ourselves . Swapping rooms with family . So we settled in second night having to move all our stuff again and unpack. But it was sorted . Suggestion, i would email hotel to state what your needs are for your room requirements. Wish I had done this . .. Food.. If your fussy eater, . might not be much , but I am sure you will find something My son did , He enjoyed breakfast more . He's very fussy .. Breakfast is very nice , basic ... but lots of choices... Fried eggs , scrambled eggs beans, smoked bacon rashers , cheese omelette, tinned mushrooms slices , chips, potaoes, vegetables different sausages each day , lots of bread to choose from and their countries style butter . Cueing around the toaster waiting, so be sure your early , coffee and tea very small cups so if you enjoy a brew get 2 cup fulls . Coffee machine only avaible in resturant in mornings lots of juice and fizzy machines available . There is a variety to choose from, food wise , cereals aswel . Icecream , do it yourself with cones and sauce. That's in main restaurant, level 1 restaurant upstairs. There is a lift but only 3 allowed in , at a time . Ice cream in the ground floor in the bar and coffee area , Beach restaurant, aswel has ice cream . Very repetitive, main resturant , the food , ok, enough to fill up , soup not that great but edible, with some seasoning but ok , beef and sauces alot of chicken , rabbit, veal , pork, some themed nights like Greek, that was it . Lots of pasta vegetarian pies , like cheese filo pastry spinach .... children's , beef burgers, hit and miss, no buns . fries, spaghetti pasta sauce ,rice, plenty of veg. Lots of salad , salty cheese , sauces ,dips, olives, ham, salami ,cheese slices , just not top quality . Some fresh fruits , tinned fruits , and alot of cakes ,so a good variety but hit and miss at times. Be prepared to be wandering around the restaurant , theres no flow or system , igilty pigollty arrangemets of food and drink and plates .. If you like spicy food, there's none there, but you can add some seasoning if needed . Cayenne pepper, chillie seeds ect... Beach resturant ... Very clean restaurant Beach restaurant has the same food but on a smaller scale. It was lovely to eat out on the beach looking over the sea. Again very clean restaurant. Beach restaurant is right by the children's pool . Baby, children's pool .. The water was ice cold so it wasn't a pleasure to swim and kids were coming out blue and shivering, but kids love it playing , and splashing , I guess it be better temperature in June /july /aug and so on . We went May 23rd till 30th 2024 , sunshine was about the highest temp 24/26 degrees, s

So I felt it was only right to leave a review after our trip. We arrived to the hotel on the 21st of may for 1 week, we arrived just shortly after 10pm and whilst check in was quick, the talk through of amenities was very quick and hard to follow, we were helped to our accommodation with a member of staff, we were allocated a garden view bungalow which was down near the river, I found the room quite small for a family, we had twin beds and a set of bunks, to be honest I’d say the bunks would only be suitable for children up to the age of 10 as they were quite short in length. Bathroom on the small side and shower even smaller, if you are of larger size you would definitely struggle to use the shower. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels replenished every day, bed sheets were changed once whilst we were there. The complex is quite big with loads of sun loungers but if you are not up early you would struggle to get a lounger by the pool. Beach bar and Pizza Hut were great for grabbing a drink and snack, albeit the drinks were very average for All inclusive and cocktails all tended to taste the same. All inclusive dining was quite average there was plenty of choice but the food was very random in order to make up a meal. Everything was very missed matched. Breakfast was your normally continental meats, cheese, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, pastries and fruit although we would have liked to have seen the likes of melon wedges etc there only thing they had that resembled melon was in a bowl filled with peaches and looked like it came from a tin. our son isn’t overly picky when it comes to food but we did struggle to give him an adequate meal for lunch or dinner so we did find that we fed him pizza a lot during the day. Snacks during the day were not the greatest with only the likes of a Sandwich roll, cakes and fruit. There was no burgers, hotdogs or anything like that. There was always ice cream available to help yourself during the day. The kids entertainment during the evening was very good and the staff that ran this were very good with them. Evening entertainment for adults was grand and what you would have expected although we did find on occasion that it was quite tongue in cheek and not appropriate for young children. The resort was very busy when we were there and some children we seen at night just running riot throwing chairs acting a menace with none of their parents watching what they were up to or stopping them. We as a family have been to many 4⭐️ resorts and whilst we had an okay time here I definitely would not rate it as a 4. Would I come back to this hotel??? I honestly don’t think so, the staff were fine we had no problem with them, I think it was some of the rowdy guests and the lack of parental responsibility which put us off, but I suppose you could get that anywhere. If I could recommend anything outside of the hotel it would be the blue lagoon boat trip we booked through Soula travel would highly recomme

Excellent hotel and fabulous range of food . All inclusive is the way to go. The staff were so friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and comfortable air condition was very efficient. The swimming pools were clean and life guard attended. The beach was shingles and some sand, definitely have beach shoes. The sea was so calm and I enjoyed watching the small dishes around us. You have to pay daily for umbrella and loungers on beach, but it wasn't much and worth having the shade. The restaurant was buffet style which suited us well. They had themed nights with different cuisine as well as excellent salads and food for kids. We ate every night in the restaurant didn't even leave the hotel for the week and we both put on a few lbs. Excellent food excellent choices, couldn't fault it at all for all inclusive meals. Very friendly attentive staff. Great price for a great holiday.
