本來這裏的環境和設施都算不錯，離但尼丁十幾公里的一個牧場裏，入住時已經很晚，我們分別訂了四個房間其中有一個發現預訂不成功，老闆（一個嚴肅的老頭）給我們一家三口升級到家庭套房，我們一開心就續訂了一天，第二天去但尼丁市區玩了一天後去超市買了食物回來自己做。
誰知道第二天晚上發現我們的車子漏機油，跟租租車交涉後説要等明天這邊的車行上班後才能有解決方案。第二天一直等到10點都還沒解決，我們跟老頭子説明情況，他也很熱心地幫我們聯繫車行，在等待救援車的時候，老頭子説我們可以呆在4號房，救援車來看了説修不好，於是又是漫長的等待和不斷的交涉，終於等到車行答應派車來把我們的車拖走，此時是下午1:30，老頭子來説要我們為4號房再付款一晚的房費，我跟他交涉説一般很多酒店都可以申請延遲退房，萬一不行的話6點之前衹收半天房費…誰知道老頭子説我們不是別人，你要是不給一天房費的話就馬上叫警察！
本來對老頭子的收留充滿感激，還想着給他一點小費表示一下，沒想到結果卻是這樣！

This country motel is delightful. It is a series of spacious units on a rural block and has lots of space, very comfy bed and a good feel. The manager was friendly and helpful and the location is near enough to Mosgiel to have shops and restaurants close enough but without any of the town noise.

A great place to get rest before flying out of Otago. Lots of room for the kids to run around and stretch their legs.

This is the second time we have stayed and generally, we were not disappointed. The studio unit was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom could do with a deep clean to the floor and surfaces but this is a busy time if year, so that maybe the issue.

What a wonderful find just outside of Dunedin City :) We were very impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming hospitality. The Garden Studio had everything you could need. It is a wonderfully cared for property.

Excellent, even has a Car Port beside each individual Chalet/ cottage. We normally Stay in Dunedin ,but many places were on noisy main roads, nowhere we would stay. When driving through Dunedin it was “ seemed “ full of road works packed. glad to finally drive through this time.. Approx 14 Kim’s to Mosgiel. So no problem. Found the small town surprisingly good with all Facilities including big Countdown Supermarket. The Motel Was a few Kim’s outside the town, Bueatiful setting , vey quiet.Rooms great with all you need for self catering.

A wonderful rural property that is only a short drive to the shops in Mosgiel. So appreciative that they allow dogs and they went out of their way to make sure we were all set up for a comfortable stay.

Lovely spot, very comfortable room with lots of amenities and very comfortable bed. Was convenient to the airport for my early morning flight too.

Out of hot water when we need to shower. Not suit for 3 persons stay as the sofa bed is discomfort. Anyway staff is helpful
