It was very enjoyable staying there, although it was off season. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and a lot of them spoke decent English.

硬件沒話説，松蘭山度假區裏最漂亮的酒店了。衹是這服務吧，一言難盡～ 除了個別的服務員笑容可掬，訓練有素，大多數的服務員都暮氣沉沉，其實各部門的主管應該比我們遊客更瞭解自己的下屬，恐怕也是沒有更多的轉圜餘地吧…… 倒是打掃房間的阿姨熱情周到，朝氣蓬勃。

臨時決定的行程，看上了這家還算蠻新的酒店，來象山就是帶孩子挖沙趕海，酒店位置不錯，出門刷卡直達沙灘，工作人員都很好，接待我的Iris人很nice，有任何問題都能問她並及時幫我解決。唯一吐槽的就是早餐，東西不多味道也非常一般

酒店景色優美，房間可以直接看海灘，晚上枕着海浪入睡。中餐廳包房推薦，預訂員工楓溝通交流特別好。前台服務的小梅服務特別周到。周邊的幾個沙灘和海灘都不錯

位置: 酒店位於松蘭山，比較適合自駕出行吧，去附近的鎮上吃飯大概需要半小時路程，開車會比較方便，外賣不能點到，但是整體比較安靜，住得很舒適。
環境：酒店的綠化很漂亮，乾淨整潔，小門走出去就到沙灘了，非常方便，沙灘還算是軟的，小朋友赤腳跑完全沒問題，而且海岸線比較長，視野開闊。
服務：有做到五星的服務標準，送了沙灘玩具，拖鞋也送到了房間，送的水果和小童飲料小朋友也很喜歡。
設施：酒店有小童樂園，一個是做手工的我們沒去體驗，場地挺大的，小朋友還以為是幼兒園，還有海洋球和小達人遊樂園，小童遊樂設施是比較齊全的。還有酒店早餐也比較滿意。
