Although the staff was very pleasant, we did not enjoy our stay. We booked for 3 nights but left after the first night. And have not been reimbursed yet. During the middle of the night, a mouse woke me up going through the trash. When i finally was about to go back to sleep, i rolled over and the mouse was on the table by my head. Needless to say i had very little sleep that night.

Not fancy, but clean, and an unbeatable price. When our B&B reservation turned out to be bunk, and we couldn’t find a room within an hour of Springfield, the Cactus Inn was there for us. It’s well taken care of and the staff was great. Walls are a little thin, we could hear the guy next door coughing all night, and the AC was loud but it was plenty cold. All in all, it was a good stay that saved a disaster vacation at the last minute. Thank you Cactus Inn!

Very clean & staff was exceptionally kind. It’s an older establishment for sure but it was perfect for the night. Plenty of outlets to charge up, hot hight pressure shower, clean bed & bath, good coffee & waffles. Fridge in room with freezer & coffee. Plenty of food & walmart close by.

All I needed was a room to use for an outdoor event. This hotel was perfect for me. The others with numerous amenities are not useful to me.

The room was clean, the staff was so nice, the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with good coffee brand. They had name brand soap and nice coffee cups. We were just overall, pleasantly surprised in a good way.

Nice older facility that has been updated. It was great for the price & met our needs for a quick overnight stop on way to our destination.
