The owner is friendly and refined, personally explaining the room's features and maintaining it meticulously. The room is exactly the size described in the link, but it's very practical. A 24-inch suitcase can be laid out without obstructing movement; the space is used very efficiently. The cleanliness is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and even the lace trim on the disposable slippers seems specially selected. If you're unsure where to eat after settling in, feel free to try the owner's recommended restaurants—they are truly excellent! The location goes without saying; it's very close to popular attractions such as the train station and Holy Spring Square.

The front desk wanted to upgrade a room in the off-season. There was a team to stay. I still wanted to be quiet. Aershan is a European-style building. The unique loft style is available. The space is OK. I live alone. It is clean, quiet and I am more used to it.

This is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory. The owner and her family are really great. The room was neat and clean, and since we arrived early, we were able to pick a room with a mountain view outside the window. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we had to check out a day early. The owner processed our refund without any fuss, which we really appreciate.

The landlady was very considerate and wanted to buy some mushrooms for my dad to take home. She said she hadn’t come down yet and would buy them later. After playing in the evening, she reminded her repeatedly to turn on the heating blanket, and she slept very comfortably at night. Since the children couldn’t drink local water, , the proprietress lent us her hot water bottle to heat water for the elderly and children. Although they are small things, they are very attentive and thoughtful. You can see the ice-free river from the room

From the facilities, the first feeling of entering the room is that the room is relatively small, the bed is mini, not suitable for the bed, sleep is not very comfortable, the washing area light is broken (the second night is repaired), the wooden floor has floor heating, very comfortable, heating is also very sufficient. From the perspective of health, health looks good, this time I didn't go to the small details, after all, I came to travel, not to stay in a hotel holiday. The most important thing is service. The service starts from small details. I am also a service industry myself, so I am more concerned about the service. From the beginning of entering the hotel, I will not say what I have encountered. Compared with other chains, the gap between Samsung and four stars is very large. After all, it is enough to travel and be happy and comfortable. However, I witnessed the whole process of a young man almost fighting with the guests, which made me very surprised and incredible. I was very angry. I felt that the attitude of the hotel was not good. I almost wanted to do it when I received the plate at breakfast time. The little brother should shut up when he eats me. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. Specially pick a hotel with an elevator to bring parents out, this is a special bonus, the elderly go up and down to worry. The parking lot is particularly spacious, there are plenty of parking spaces, and there are parking spaces when you come back late. The room was hygienic, the floor and the sink were clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The little girl at the front desk was warm and reminded us that the temperature difference between morning and evening in Aershan was large. The breakfast tastes light, there are hot porridge and pasta early, the elders are very used to eating, and the price is very high.

This year, Arxan is experiencing unprecedented overcrowding, with rooms in high demand and difficult to find. Even the Hanting Hotel in Yiershi Town, dozens of kilometers from the scenic area, is selling rooms for over 1000 yuan a night, and even then, latecomers can't book. Many tourists, unable to find accommodation, have to make do in bathhouses, property management lobbies, or simply sleep in their cars. There are even rumors that hospital rooms in Arxan are being sold—a truly outrageous claim. Not only is there nowhere to stay, but food is also scarce. All restaurants are packed with long queues, leaving many resorting to instant noodles. Traffic jams at the scenic area are commonplace; at Wusulangzi Lake, traffic jams start at 4 AM and can last for over six hours. You might think that after all that waiting, you'll finally see the beautiful scenery, but the morning mist just won't appear! Isn't that infuriating? You always say that you only have time during the National Day holiday, and you know there's nothing you can do about the crowds, high prices, and poor scenery. But I ask you, since holidays are so precious, why not choose something better? Here's a suggestion: if you can't find accommodation in Arxan and think it's too crowded and expensive, consider Bailang Town to the south. Not only does it offer panoramic views of the Bailang Peak with its vibrant autumn colors, but further south lies the forest waterfall of Aolunbukan. The key is that it's much, much less crowded, and there are decent hotels. For example, the GreenTree Oriental Hotel is located in a valley forest about one kilometer from Bailang Town. There's a small lake right outside, and you can see colorful forests and morning mist when you open your window. The environment is undeniably beautiful, and its biggest advantage is its affordability—a 55-square-meter room with a view is only a little over 300 yuan. I arrived in Arxan quite early, on the 17th. At that time, many tourists had already been misled by unscrupulous tour guides who used the ”early autumn, yellow leaves” rhetoric. In reality, Arxan was still in a state of 70% green and 30% yellow, but it was already very crowded. Accommodation in Arxan city, the scenic area, and Yiershi town was scarce and expensive, so I was forced to choose this hotel in Bailang Town. Surprisingly, it was really good and worth recommending. As shown in the photos, the hotel is next to the Yili factory and a few hundred meters from Bailang Town (about a kilometer by car), making it convenient to find food. Although there aren't many restaurants in town, they are cheap and the food is good, much better than in the scenic area. The hotel has a large parking lot, and the lobby is quite grand, meeting 4-star standards. There's an elevator, and the elevator lobby is very nice. Before I left in the morning, I saw the cleaning staff cleaning, and they were indeed changing the water after each guest. The cleanliness was acceptable, much better than the hotel I stayed in Yiershi Town after returning from the northern route. My room type was a little more expensive than the basic room, but it was much larger, had a better view, and the shower had plenty of hot water, so I didn't have to worry about running out of water halfway through a shower. The room had a desk, sofa, and coffee table, so I no longer had to curl up in bed to review the footage I shot every day. Overall, I was quite satisfied. I booked a room without breakfast, but the hotel actually did provide it. I didn't ask how much it would cost to have breakfast extra. For dinner, if I didn't want to go to town, the hotel also had small hot pot options.

The hotel booked above Trip.com , after coming to the hotel, gave us a big surprise. The room was very clean, the facilities were complete, the front desk service was very warm, and we upgraded the room and presented breakfast. The price was super high. Later, we continued for another night. There are many restaurants and shopping shops near the hotel. It is very convenient to eat and shop. A small city has left a deep impression on us!
