Very clean, comfortable mattress, beautiful views, and friendly staff. The laundry facilities were great, and the rooftop restaurant was excellent. I requested a non-smoking room, but was still assigned a room with a slight smoky smell and an ashtray provided. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and someone was smoking indoors. I immediately complained about it, and I really appreciated that the staff bravely stopped that guest. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

Conveniently located with parking available, right next to Baima Pedestrian Street, the hotel has guest rooms on floors 3-12. Although the discounted double room is near the road, we only experienced slight noise because we stayed on a high floor, and it didn't affect our rest at all. The bedding and amenities were also better, the room was clean and tidy, the price was affordable, the breakfast was plentiful with many options, and we were very satisfied with our meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel.

Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. Driving from Leye County to Bama, I chose the Huayu Birds Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Overall, my stay was a pleasant surprise, with some minor drawbacks. First, let me praise the location; it was a truly wise choice. The hotel is right next to the Panyang River, making morning and evening strolls along the riverside incredibly pleasant, the air filled with the refreshing aroma of moisture. It's also close to Bainiao Rock, just a ten-minute drive away, eliminating the need for early morning rushes. This was perfect for those of us who enjoy a leisurely and relaxing stay. The room was also quite pleasant. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful, reaching a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius, which was perfect for sleeping with a thin blanket on at night—a welcome relief in Bama's humid and hot weather. My biggest favorite was the mattress; it had just the right firmness, unlike some hotels' soft mattresses, which can cause back pain. It was incredibly comfortable for someone of our age. However, I have to mention a few details. On check-in night, when I lifted the covers, I noticed a noticeable stain on the pillowcase, which was quite disturbing. Fortunately, the guy on duty that night was very friendly and promptly replaced the pillowcase after I called him. It was handled promptly. The shower head and washbasin in the shower room are not very user-friendly for tall people. I'm 5'8” and have to bend over to reach the shower head when showering. Bending over to wash my face is also a struggle, and I'm always worried about hitting my head. If the height of these facilities could be adjusted, the experience would be much better. Overall, the hotel's location and basic amenities are quite suitable for those visiting Bama. A little more attention to hygiene details and the adaptability of the amenities would make it even better.
