Mountain view Hotels in Quito

The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

Love this hotel! Near the airport. Great food. Always friendly. If you’re overnighting in Quito this is the airport you want to stay at.

Breakfast is good, there are new tricks every day. The room is large. Hotel location is very good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls around. Recommended stay.

뷰가 진짜 끝내줍니다! 2.5달러 조식 꼭 신청해서 먹으시길 바랍니다!! 샴푸도 줍니다! 아침에 물장수 아저씨가 돌아다니시는지 조금 시끄러울 수도 있습니다. 시내에서 숙소까지 173계단 걸어올라와야해서 조금 힘들 수도 있는데, 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 :)

My child and I arrived at the hotel almost 8 o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff was very patient. Due to the language barrier, the staff took the initiative to take out the mobile phone translation. When we left the next day, we called a taxi. The service was in place and the hotel was very clean and safe.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

so so. Not a good average level. That's the price point. Otherwise there is not much advantage. The transportation nearby is okay, but the hotel's internet speed is not very fast.
