Not bad, although the single room is quite small, but it is acceptable to live alone. Pre-paid unair-conditioned taxis from the airport are about 660 + 70 (tolls, I do n’t know if it was pitted). From the hotel, uber to the airport is 500 + 20 (tip). I never found the main entrance of this hotel. They all came from the corridor of the Trident Hotel next door. It was not until the day of check-out that the main entrance of the hotel was on the negative first floor! Outside the hotel is ”Yuebanwan”, which is very lively at night. If the air is good, you can still run. Walk to India Gate for about 20 minutes, all kinds of noise on the road. There is no supermarket near the hotel, but there are Starbucks and McDonalds, and there is also a cinema. Hotel breakfast is still good, à la carte + small buffet, service is good.

I was in the Room Number 2909. The Workers all were very friendly, especially Vivek. He is such a cool guy and we talked a lot. But as I wrote, all workers were very friendly and courteous. The food always was very tasty, the rooms are very comfortable and you can sleep very well on the bed. The Hotel itself has a upscale facility and it was always very clean. I was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is located in south Mumbai and very close to tourist spots. The rooms are clean and quiet. We had room service, with clean sheets and towels, everyday for our 15 days stay. They also provided free 1L water bottles (2x) every day! What we most appreciated was the peace and quite from road noise. The AC worked well, there was good water pressure and hot water on de***d, which can be an issue in some Indian hotels. We also visited their rooftop restaurant which has an awesome view of south Mumbai. The food was delicious too. The room included breakfast which was mostly Indian cuisine which we did'nt care for, however, they were very accommodating and would prepare fresh eggs in any ***ner we chose. The ***ager at the restaurant, Edwin Daniel, was most helpful, professional and a pleasure to talk with. Overall our stay at the Godwin Hotel was very comfortable and we would highly recommend it.

The rooms are tired and could do with some care and attention. We stayed in one of the balcony rooms on the road side it had 2 double beds and a large seating area a dining table balcony loungers. The cost is 3500 Rs or just below for a night. Try not to get the back rooms or the annex. There is a lift. It’s very close to the Taj hotel and india gate great for food in this area fab juice stands and great kebabs available on the street , and hundreds of restaurants. Walking distance to gallery’s and museums.
