The coffee machine is broken. Cleaning is to wipe the water stains and change the towels. There are fewer towels every day. There was no hand towel on the first day, and there was only one set of personal items on the last day. Water was only given on the first day of check-in, and it was still not given after the complaint. In five days, I split five orders. Isn’t it worth a bottle of water every day? And the attitude of an Indian female receptionist at the front desk was extremely bad! The front desk rarely answers the phone, and you need to go downstairs to find the front desk yourself. On the last day, I asked the hotel for towels, and I ran to the front desk to ask for them. They told me that someone would send them later. There was no movement for nearly an hour. I called again and it took half an hour before they were delivered. The feedback given was that someone only answered the phone and delivered things before 5 o'clock in the day. When I used the bathroom, I found that the ceiling was leaking, and there were yellow stains on the bottom mat. The most disgusting thing was that when I returned to the hotel on the last day to take a shower, I found a ** on the bathroom door that I had wiped. . . .

The hotel was newly opened in 2823. All aspects of the facilities are brand new. The service is also very good. It seems that there are preferential trea**ent for Chinese people. Not far from the British Park, it only takes ten minutes to walk. It's a little far from the city center, and there doesn't seem to be much to visit around it. There are many large international companies and other big-name hotels in the surrounding area, making it suitable for business trips.

The room is large and quiet, with two sinks, the latest rain shower system, and the bathroom has smooth drainage. The transportation is convenient, self-driving or pick-up is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the old town of Munich...but there is no Chinese courtesy...there are slippers and a bathrobe.

We lost our expensive mirac in the room and we were in such a hurry that we didn’t check it out. This was our biggest regret during this trip.
