Unfortunately in my experience the property was more style over substance. The heating in my room wasn't working and reception said no technician was available to fix it until the next day. They only offered me a space heater after I pointed out it was -2 degrees out and impossible to be without heating. The staff were not apologetic about the broken heating. The standing shower also did not drain well and overflowed. On the positive side the hotel was clean and quiet.

Friendly staff, check in and check out was super easy. Housekeeping could pay a little more attention to detail (eg replacing towels). The room is basic but has everything you need except for a closet. Great location!

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel and it’s staff. Specially the two girls at the front desk checkin. My room was not ready when I arrived but the staff apologized saying it will be about an hour more. I was tired but they were so professional about it that I understood it was not their fault and did not mind at all. Extremely professional, very friendly and overall just a great attitude. I cannot say enough about the restaurant and the awesome breakfast choices. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Please extend my thanks and a job well done to the entire staff.
