"breakfast included" only includes one expresso
You shouldn't have high expectations when it begins with the entrance door being smashed and moves on to the chamber. Staff can't be less helpful (perhaps owing to a lack of interest or a lack of English proficiency, or even both). Just adequate for a quick stop when passing through. Keep in mind that "breakfast included" only includes one expresso or cup of tea; extra drinks must be purchased separately.

Posizione molto strategica a 3 minuti dall’uscita dell’autostrada, personale educato e cortese, colazione intercontinentale molto buona e curata nei dettagli, l’unica pecca non c’è frigo bar all’interno delle camere

Very bad experience in a hotel bar, waiters ignored us for 20 min., so we decided to leave. It was not even crowded. Waiters passing the table a few times, looking away. Obviously they treat people they don’t know differently, since the locals were served immidiately. Avoid.

We arrived Sunday night, the room was ready and the girl at the reception was very friendly. We spent a quiet night, breakfast complete. In general everything is very good and clean, it is definitely a good option in the city. ;)

Modern, small hotel, completely out of context. Parking is large, but public and not practical for accessing the hotel. It is not clear where the entrance to the structure is. The staff is very cold and doesn't provide much guidance. It has an internal restaurant, but it is not available! The reception (open until 8-9pm) suggests some low-quality local restaurants. I personally found myself shopping at the supermarket and eating in my room. Unfortunately the area doesn't offer much. The room is large and modern, quite clean. Ok for a 3 star. Breakfast OK.

Viaggiando tra Slovenia verso l'Ungheria, si arriva a Lendava, una bella cittadina. Hotel molto carino, personale eccezionale, colazione ottima e abbondante. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto rivedrei un attimo la pulizia (una mia fissa) motivo per il quale ho dato 4 stelle. Attenzione è pulito, ma una stanza, per igiene, deve essere impeccabile
