Hyatt Place Murfreesboro

The property is aesthetically fine. The staff is friendly. The issue was the hot water was not working . After a 12 hour drive and not being to shower was very inconvenient upon arriving. The second issue was the communication so vague. If the room was having issues with hot water should of changed immediately. We didn’t get moved to another room until the next afternoon. Basically 24 hours without hot water.

The hotel is clean, in a great neighborhood, and nice. However, the water temperature is an absolute mess. The shower temp fluctuates constantly between barely warm and fairly cold, and it is extremely frustrating. Also, the house cleaners did not clean our room once in the FIVE days we stayed there. Just pathetic.

During our entire stay the water was ice cold! Themorning front desk clerk was cold as well . Barely smile. He greeted us with a bland facial expression. He behaved as if we were suspicious people. We have chosen to stay at Hyatt Place for years. Perhaps we should choose another establishment.

Passing through for the holidays. Very nice beds and breakfast was great. I also loved the noon check out time. Only thing I wish is that breakfast was a little longer like 10 or 11.

Nice 1-night stay on our trip from Minnesota to South Florida. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, for family of 6.

Overall impressed with this stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are firm. Doors are very very loud!!

Obviously rating is always a part after staying! Would Recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling to Nashville! It’s 30min drive from BNA Airport! Shopping centers are Close-By ! As I didn’t rent a car this time in Nashville,.. pretty much accommodated by walking to shops & mall area ! The breakfast @ Hyatt could be made a little better ! Although service at the Breakfast area in terms of Cleanliness is High Rank ! The Climate Control is with-in the room , which is welcomed for you could control the thermostat for lower temperatures @ night for a Good Sleep ! Or adequately heat your room to a desired level ! The faculty is closer to ***Lord Christmas Lighting,.. a place to visit during Christmas! Overall will give a 4.5 Stars !( out of 5 stars !)

Clean and comfortable, did run out of toilet paper the second day, but easily got resupplied.

The room was very clean & quite comfortable except for 1 thing. There was no hot water! I don't know if there was something wrong with it or it was a result of being on the top floor. I complained at the desk the 1st morning & was told it would be fixed that day. The very nice lady asked if I wanted to change rooms if they couldn't get it fixed & I said yes then left for the day. When I got back after work, I didn't think about it because I assumed it would be fixed & went to my room. I got changed & went to wash my hands. Still no hot water! At that point, I had to decide whether I wanted to get dressed, go back downstairs, get a different room, pack everything up, & move or just live with it for one more night. I chose to stay put at that point. When I went down to check out the next morning, the young woman at the desk said that they had been waiting for me to let them know I wanted to change rooms but I never did so they assumed I was happy w/cold water. I said it was supposed to be fixed & she said their manitenance man was out sick with flu so they didn't even look at it. I mentioned that the water finally got slightly warm after I let it run for 10 minutes & she said the owner was fine with wasting water like that everytime. She offered no apology or concern. It would have been nice if someone had let me know that they hadn't fixed it before !
