Auf diesem Weg nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Dank Frau Hänel haben wir eine Suite bekommen , wunderbarer Blick auf den See. Super freundliches internationales Service Personal Grossartiges vorzügliches Essen ! Wir sind hiermit neue Stammgäste :-) Sehr schöner Spa Bereich. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Knaller ! Frau Beese , allzeit bereit den Gästen zu helfen Lieben Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal Alles Gute !

Das Hotel „Amsee“ befindet sich außerhalb von Waren am Tiefwaren See. Das Hotel bietet sich für Radtouristen und Wandervögel nur so an. Das Hotel besteht aus dem Altbau, dem Neubau auf der einen Seite und dem Wellness-Bereich auf der anderen Seite. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich das kostenlose Parkdeck. Der Empfang war gut, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir etwas zeitiger angereist waren, war unser Zimmer bezugsfertig. Das Zimmer (Apartmetzimmer im Neubau), mit Seeblick war geräumig mit Sitzecke, Küchenzeile (Wasserkocher mit Tee und löslichem Kaffee) und Balkon. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche war in Ordnung und sauber. Bademäntel und Saunatücher lagen im Zimmer zur Benutzung bereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war soweit ausreichend, an Eierspeisen waren nur Rührei und gekochte Eier vorhanden, aber man konnte sich andere Eierspeisen (wir: Spiegeleier) zubereiten lassen. Leider gab es zum Sonntagsfrühstück leider keinen Sekt oder Prosecco… Das Abendessen wurde in Buffetform für 28€ angeboten und war leider nicht kein Geschmackserlebnis. Es fehlte die Liebe zum Detail. Unter anderen gab es Tomate-Mozzarella, es gab kein Blättchen Basilikum, geschweige Olivenöl, Essig oder Balsamico, auch auf unsere Nachfrage war dies nicht möglich. Die Leistung der Küchencrew schätze ich als äußerst schwach ein. Der Wellness-Bereich besteht aus Schwimmbad, Onsebecken und dem textilfreien Sauna Bereich. Der Ruheraum mit 27 Liegen im Innenbereich ist großzügig. Im Außenbereich befinden sich weitere Liegen sowie 2 Fasssaunen.

Traumhafte Lage, schönes Haus, freundlicher Service, sehr schöner Wellness-Bereich, umsichtige Therapeuten. An der Sauberkeit (hier: Treppenhaus) könnte evtl. noch etwas gearbeitet werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar noch um einen Tag verlängert ... wenn wir mal wieder in dieser Gegend sein sollten, ist dieses Haus unsere erste Wahl!
