Not sure to give a good review or not as hotel is not very flexible with cancellation, told them that shortly after I booked I had a change of itinerary due to covid issues and I’ve always been booking with free cancellation but not sure why this I saw it wrongly and they wouldn’t be sympathetic to give a refund. Yes I know it’s my fault but just a bit disappointed with it.

The breakfast is rich, the restaurant has some great game facilities, and the free parking is great. The service attitude of the staff is very good. The public space of the hotel is very large. What I am really picky about is that the shower space is too small. Will stay again if given the chance.

The location is easy to find, just get off at the Central Station S4 2 stations. The design is very modern, stylish and practical, with the reception desk and bar integrated. I was given 4 drink coupons for my 3-day stay, and I could choose any drink or bottled water on the shelves. There is also a professional public ironing room on each floor, which is very necessary for us on business trips.
