Compared to the narrow space of the hotel, the space here is simply too convenient to say that the location is super convenient and the largest mall in Oman. If you like to cook for yourself, you can buy ingredients in the Carrefour store. There is a separate parking lot at the door and there is a taxi for a long time, but the taxi must be told first. Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

Of the downsides - no shoes, bad sound insulation, the sockets are not suitable for our charging devices. Ask the transitioner. Promised to bring in the room, but never waited.

Look, for around £60 UKL including breakfast you can't go wrong. Recently became part of Raddison and needs a bit of a make over as the hotel is essentially in a late 90s time warp in a nice sort of way. Room good size, but the windows let in a lot of street noise due to the fact they are plastic ill fitting and warped. The shower design is hopeless with water gushing over the bathroom floor underneath the glass screen. No BBC or CNN which I get but I don't. A lot of their guests are from the US, UK and Australia, so why not add one channel to the 50 that speaks English??? Breakfast really very good. Loads of choice and a really good buffet. All staff kind and helpful. Small pool on the roof for those that want to take a dip and breath in CO from the passing highway. A good business style hotel that caters for tourists like me. An ideal base for a couple of days prior to our Oman road trip.
