위치가 시내에서 좀 외진곳에 있지만 전체적으로 좋은 숙소입니다.
모든 방이 바다가 보이고 발코니 넓어 좋은데 길건너 건물이 뷰를 좀 가려서 약간 아쉽네요.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. The worst of all, I stayed there for one night but was charged twice to my credit card. Super terrible service, everyone should avoid this hotel!

外装や、エレベーターなど一部古さを感じる部分もあったが、内装はきちんとリブランドされており、沖縄の海や自然を感じられるデザインだった。今回、チェックインの時間を勘違いしてしまい、早く到着してしまったが、スタッフの方が快く対応してくださりとても助かった。客室も広く、水回りも清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせた。名護市街から少し離れた場所にあるため、夕食はホテルのビュッフェを利用したが、種類も多く、味ももちろん満足のいくものだった。また、沖縄民謡のパフォーマンスもあり、地元民、観光客関係なく楽しめるだろう。 気になる点をあえていうならば、駐車場が完全に整備されていないところだ。砂利道に加えて、区切り線が見えづらいため、駐車の際は気にする必要がある。 しかし、総じて素晴らしいホテルだったため、また機会があればぜひ泊まりたい。

3月15日から1泊、友人の誕生日で宿泊させていただきました！ 事前にケーキの打ち合わせ時から、対応良くしていただきとても楽しみにしておりました！ 当日は、夕食時の音楽ライブと共に、事前にご準備してくださったサプライズケーキの登場に、 友人含め私自身も感動し涙を流してしまいました…💦 感動と、癒しでいっぱいの1日を過ごすことができました！！！！ 素敵なお部屋と、おもてなしの心に感謝いたします。 本当にありがとうございます！！！

部屋は綺麗で、使いやすく、レストランの食事も非常に美味しくレンタル品の豊富さも良かった。
しかし、ラウンジを利用した際、子供が21時以降もラウンジ内にいること、ダーツなどの使い方が不適切である点が気になった。また、グラスが返却場所に多く貯まっていて、グラスが足りなくなっているにも関わらずスタッフが回収しに来ない点も気になった。

古い建物をリノベーションしたホテルで、
スタッフも明るく親切で良かったです。
ランドリーもたくさんあるし、ラウンジはお酒の種類がたくさんありました。ツマミはあまりありません。トータルで安い割に良かったです。

ツインラインホテルにリニューアルになってからの宿泊（デラックスルーム） 良かった点: 部屋は広く綺麗、トイレの洗面、バスルームも綺麗。エアコンは流用品で劣化してるが動作に問題なし 悪かった点: 11階ラウンジが無料で使用できるので夜のピーク時には宿泊者が多く利用され席が足りない。夏休みという事もあり子供連れの騒がしさが気になる 夜の時間帯はWi-Fiの電波が混み合い ダウロードが9.5Mbpsアップロードが3.7Mbpsでした。なので部屋のテレビのVOD動作が安定しません、スマホの動画視聴もしかり 部屋に電話がなくAielloという端末を使ってフロントに繋がるのですがWi-Fiが混雑して音声が途切れ途切れで聞き取れません 駐車場、常に下水の臭いがしました エレベーター2基とも古く(１つは狭い)11階へ行く機会が多いので待たされます 今回２人で朝食付きで15100円でした。この時期でプールなし、プライベートピーチなしのホテルとして家族連れだと良いかなと思います
