It was poor quality accommodation with 4 beds in one room, unclean bathrooms etc.I lost my money for nothing. We moved to other hotel the same day knowing that my money will not be refunded

Did a normal booking through ***********. I had a confirmation-/reservation number. Went there. 8.30pm. Receptionist left already. Only a Watchman. Watchman called someone (don't know who that was, called himself Kevin)). First I was told they are fully booked. Then after 2 minutes of discussion there was a room all of a sudden. I was shown. No towels, no mosquitoe net. I asked for the price. The guy on the phone tells me to cancel my booking first. Not mentioning the price. Me over n over asking. Him: cancel the booking. I left. Weird people. Not at all recommendable this place.

I got a problem with the door of my room, and it started making a beep sound, continuously. No one at the reception was willing to help me fix it or change my room. Very DISSATISFIED with the customer care as i was unable to sleep during that night due to the unsettling sound
