Front desk staff were friendly and offered a Christmas gift as well. Check in was a breeze.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was tidy.
The service staff were prompt to request and offered assistance when necessary.
Breakfast was just fine.

Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are clean and tidy, especially quiet. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of hot water.
