麗楓的檔次是有目共睹的，房間乾淨整潔設備齊全住得舒適，唯一一點遺憾是我們下午1點多才到酒店，來晚了，訂的海景房衹剩最後一間視覺效果沒那麼好的，但是也能看到海景。還有一點值得讚揚的是酒店的洗衣房和早歺都很不錯。

雖然南澳給我感覺沒什麼好玩的，但如果帶寶寶或者小孩還是建議選後宅鎮這邊，因為商業配套好點 麗楓的環境挺不錯 而且肯定比大部分民宿收拾的乾淨 而且智能化設備挺多 如有空氣凈化器 關鍵玩水要洗衣服有乾衣機 最後我想説 南澳要2天一夜夠了 真的沒什麼地方去

酒店早餐太差勁了，很難吃，酸奶竟然是酸奶味果凍，玉米硬的咬不動，！！！！在湯裏面吃到了蟲子🐛，！！！！阿姨説原生態不打農葯的，笑死我了，明明就是清潔問題。
前台很好，因為事情耽誤了一會，打電話延遲退房了一會。不然真的全部差評加投訴。
總體建議，別住這家酒店！

房間大小還可以，就是衞生間太小了，洗漱台容易把水濺出來。窗台正好放行李，門口能不用按金（針對酒店顧客）租電瓶車。15一小時，一天好像80。酒店外面環境太差，旁邊在裝修房子，門口不知道修什麼，圍着柵欄。不過附近走七八分鐘就是海鮮街，如果遊客不是自駕過來，坐公交車進島，到遊客中心下車，走過來大概二十分鐘吧！

海景房間看到海景，可惜這2天天氣大霧。房間雖然不大，但所有東西齊備，小度智能服務很好。有冷暖氣供應。樓下有食店，租電動車，便利店好方便，去沙灘亦很方便。一家三口之家環島遊，食海鮮很開心。
酒店早餐選擇多，薯絲，魚蛋味道好。可惜廁所有異味，叫了房管再清潔都不行，最後要自己大洗廁所，才好些，第一次去旅行，住酒店要自己洗廁所，令旅程減分。希望酒店清潔能改善。

前台小美女和小帥哥非常熱情，給不臨街的房間很安靜，介紹打卡點清楚詳細，房間特別大且非常乾淨，被子枕頭床墊超級舒服，毛巾浴巾都是新的吶，最喜歡水池在衞生間外面，互不幹擾，洗澡水特別好，花灑🚿水流非常大，早餐好吃，油條超讚，我買的冰箱貼落在酒店馬上收到微信告訴，沒走多遠就回去取了，非常值得信任！整個酒店寬敞明亮，自助洗衣烘乾超實用，不收費噢，離海邊5分鐘路程，離吃飯的地方很近。推薦朋友們來這個酒店體驗。

首先，晚上回到酒店9點多了，停車太緊張，最後一個位置竟然是天后宮門口。位置是在南澳縣城邊上，也不靠海，跟海邊還有一個小區相隔，所以訂山景房就好，不要訂海景房，基本看不到海。
房間設計得擁擠，電梯門旁邊還有個房間。我的房間也是在電梯一拐就是了，進進出出住客説話喧囂，很吵。餐廳太小，沒地方坐，椅子太高，吊腳，跟餐桌高度不匹配。洗手盆跟浴室分離不好，一人早起洗漱影響其他人睡覺，馬桶也太高，也是吊腳的感覺。麗楓在科技方面是有不少先進的設備，但酒店的根本就是要舒適，這些花哨的東西衹是錦上添花，最重要是乾淨、安靜、舒服（包括停車體驗感也是）。

前台的小麥服務不錯，大堂很大，裝修很舒服，也很氣派的，房間打掃的很乾凈，廁所衞生做的也很到位，位置不錯，出門去哪裡都不遠，酒店停車位很多，開車過來停車很方便，價格也合適性價比蠻高的，還是比較推薦的。
