挺好的，風格簡潔，居住舒適，海景房景色不錯，浴室空間大使用方便，熱水充足，一樓有咖啡廳，附近挺多餐館，停車也方便。

房間挺大，寬敞，能看見海景。也乾淨。沒有噪音，安靜。出去吃飯方便，到海邊幾分鐘。就是周圍是村裡，一小段土路農民房朵。其他都好。

第一次來南澳，有幸選到一家很有格調的民宿，住得非常舒服，看着海景伴着海風天天入睡，前台小姐姐很熱情，樓下的咖啡館也非常好，試一次很好的體驗。

搜尋了很多南澳當地的民宿和酒店，最後很有緣份的定在了李田居，預訂之後在網上看到了更多酒店的消息，對酒店的期待值很高。入住之後，個人感覺價值稍有點不如這個價格。
因為31日當天上島的車很多，堵車大概快一小時，所以到酒店附近天已經黑了，按照地圖定位沒有找到酒店的停車場。後來打了電話才瞭解到有一個標誌指示酒店停車場，比實際定位的地點要再開150米左右。因為標誌沒有燈光，所以不是開到眼前根本看不到，所以真心建議標誌再明顯一點。酒店的服務都不錯，入住之後有送水果，房間裏有茶包咖啡包。11樓有可以看日出的觀景台，但是左前側有一個其他的酒店，會出現在照片裏，還是稍微有點差強人意。

十一期間去的，正值旺季，原本定了縣城附近另一家民宿，入住以後發現太差了，交通不方便，房間還漏風，我們半夜11:30退訂重訂，選中了李田居，真是太幸運了。
酒店不臨街，車要在村裡饒繞一下才能到。離青澳灣沙灘很近，走路五分鐘就到，樓下街上有好多海鮮館子，很方便。
酒店裝修乾淨明亮，有日系設計風。大堂很漂亮，房間也是。酒店床品非常舒服，床墊和枕頭據説都是英國訂購的斯林百蘭。有任何事服務人員的響應非常快，讓人很舒心。據説還要再裝修，不知道會裝成什麼樣呢。
假期房價有點貴，是平時價格三倍，但這裏基本都這樣，整體入住體驗OK，會推薦給朋友，也希望可以再來。
