A hotel perfect for a family. Kids friendly ameneties..very clean, might be a little far from downtown, but a great place to relax. A complete package. But I asked them to give me a non-smoking room specifically....unfortunately they sent me to a smoking room🤣

This is a very basic hotel. Dirty carpets, walls need repainting, bathrooms smell a bit. Very simple Chinese breakfast and the restaurant doesn’t do any other meals. The staff however are friendly and helpful and it’s a 10 minute walk to the subway.

如果是要來體驗服務的話，那就可以不用選擇這家酒店，酒店全程無服務，怎麼理解這句話，可以這麼説如果酒店有自助入住等一系列機器的話，可能比人工隊排的長，因為和機器一樣無感情，至少一個微笑我都沒有感覺的到，這麼冷的天，比天氣還冷。
還沒入住的時候打電話過去，那位總機的服務水平聽起來勉勉強強還算過關（應該不是酒店總機，是這幾家酒店的總機，聽他自報家門介紹等），來到酒店辦理入住，前台就和機器一樣冷冰冰的（心裏想着快到客房吧，那兒比這裏還暖和），到了客房，致電酒店賓客服務中心客服，我認為他對酒店的產品知識無所瞭解，最起碼客人問一些基礎的問題，你要快速回答，不能總等一等之類的，問了好幾個問題，沒有幾個是能回答上來的，給人感覺像是業餘的！
當然也有幾點非常好，但全都體現在客房裡麪，比如牀頭櫃的那個防磕碰，還有衞生間的兩個温馨提示（晾衣架和洗手盆）除此之外毫無體驗。p1*2*3
最讓我覺得意外的是p4，都沒有賓客意見本，作為酒店你要知道，並不是每個客人你都能讓他滿意，但是你並不知道客人是否滿意，所以這個賓客意見本很重要，能夠讓自己知道不足的同時提升賓客滿意度。還有一個回訪也是很重要的！
希望下次入住的時候這些會有所改善，知不足而奮進！trip. com 4.5分是有原因的！感覺酒店沒有Gro
