風景很好看，房間很乾凈，喜歡喜歡，下次還住這裏，和朋友一人一間，朋友也説很贊。有桌子有廚房，冰箱也可以用，洗衣機也好，洗衣機上面還有洗衣液用量多少的提示，很👌🏻

出門旅行我最喜歡入住酒店式公寓，因為有一種家的感覺。所以無論到哪座城市，都會首選酒店式公寓，這家地理位置不錯，交通便利，就在王府井商圈，辦理入住方便！剛好符合我們打卡景點需求！就是衞生以後在努力提高下！完美了！

窗外風景很好，住得舒服。住了兩晚。第一天和新認識的朋友逛了南昌大部分景點，所以第二天乾脆在酒店休息，看風景看電視，樓下很多吃的，感覺不錯。

房間很乾凈衞生，樓上樓下都挺好的，關鍵是旁邊還有商場和地鐵站！很方便哦，下次來還會訂的程度。也會詢問來要不要幫忙打掃，但是那個時候我們正好在睡覺就沒要。之前看到評論説衞生有點不好，但是我感覺挺好的，推薦這家酒店

環境非但不好，而且一樓辦理入住的工作人員態度極差，雖説房價不高，畢竟還是酒店公寓，考慮到位置較好所以定在這裏，這家店不但態度極其惡劣，另外退房按金還不會按正常時間退還，所以大家還是要規避這家酒店，千萬不能住！得不償失！

從來不給酒店寫差評的我，今天實在忍不住。事情的起因是給了100按金，酒店衹退回70，就是因為沒有具體答覆退房，我們叫酒店調監控，可以證明我們是12點準時出門的，酒店就是不調查且含糊過去，況且你到點了不應該及時清掃及時提醒嗎？你作為酒店是做到讓顧客安心而不是煩心，30塊錢在這叫得有意思嗎？還非要給五星好評要挾才退按金？
關於衞生，一進門地上就有兩坨便便，我朋友直接拿紙蓋住踢去衞生間了，實在太過噁心沒有拍照。沙發上還有紙屑，污垢也非常多。
大家以後還是選擇連鎖酒店吧，價格差不多且衞生和服務都是能到位的，且不會有陰陽怪氣的“管家”。

1.服務方面：帥哥的服務還是可以，回覆及時，態度也還行。
2.地理位置：地理位置還不錯，樓下是王府井商場和地鐵口，離萬壽宮、滕王閣，南昌之星都蠻近的，出行都是打滴滴，費用都不超20塊錢。
3.衞生方面：真的是太差了！！！一是衞生間的紙巾雖然是整包未拆封，但是很明顯已經發黴，根本沒法用，最後是在樓下的便利店買的紙巾和水。二是廚房那的牆壁全是發黴的斑點，水杯也是發黴的污漬。三是茶几上放遙控器的地方也太臟了。四是床塌上發現頭髮絲。五是衞生間不是乾濕分離，之前看評價説房間有味道，親身經歷確實有味道！
4.安全方面。和酒店不同，是密碼鎖，感覺還是不太安全。
綜上，講究衞生和安全的真的慎選！挑酒店的時候看評價都很好評分也高，但是實際入住體驗真的很差。想着就睡幾個小時，出門在外就忍着了。希望看到這條評論的不要踩雷，也希望店家好好改進衞生。
