早餐空間面積太小，承載能力顯不足，略顯侷促。
衞生打掃不夠徹底，洗手間居然有原入住人員留下的一個牙線沒有打掃，影響入住心情。
地下車庫不能直達房間樓層，需要從大廳換乘另外電梯，略顯不方便。
14點前必須退房，因特殊原因延遲一點退房都不行，略顯刻薄。解釋説一般都是12點退房，14點已經是延遲了。試問，現在哪個賓館不是14點退房？？？

送了一份還不如不給的所謂的果盤，入住第二天晚上回酒店的時候剛進電梯，就趕上電梯壞了，從2樓墜落到1樓，幸虧樓層低，到1樓找前台的小姐姐，告訴她剛才電梯墜落了，她啥也沒説，我們直接就回房間了。也許這個酒店是國營的吧，反正我以後不會再入住，也不會推薦親戚朋友入住

最近住酒店最差體驗，沒有之一，九百多的套房，才180的床，糟糕的車庫，破舊的房間，還有居然用搞的hellokati主題，不倫不類

國企的社會責任感，上市公司的規範性在新華傳媒大酒店反應的淋漓盡致，毫不誇張的説，是酒店服務行業落實人民性的標桿
首次入住，十分感謝前台工作人員升級，還未進房間便感受到你們的温暖和善意
房間視野很好，南京河西美景盡收眼底，有一覽眾山小的感覺。早餐也是相當的給力，看到了鴨血粉絲湯、大煮乾絲、水晶淆肉等省內各地特色美食，看的出來酒店在餐飲上面下了很大的功夫。具體見圖不贅述。
期待下次入住！

酒店區位不錯，距地鐵元通站步行十分鐘左右，交通方便。房間裝修中規中矩，偏正式，設施常規，衞生維護還行。

房間比較中式，大小一般，衞生間水很小，不管是洗漱池還是淋雨花灑，空調也不給力，周邊吃飯這些不方便，前台服務人員不夠熱情動作都有，就是臉上沒有表情，不管是門僮迎賓還是吧枱人員，唯一好的服務員就是給房間送水的叫張玲的大姐，熱情主動，早餐一般般，很多菜都不太熱，估計是保温燈不行

非常滿意的一次住宿，有賓至如歸的感覺，一流的服務態度，一進大堂就看到了微笑服務，房間裏也很温馨，泡澡的贈品以及送來的水果，都讓你有回家的感覺，特別是早上的自助餐，真的特別豐富，午餐也是在酒店內吃的99元的雙人套餐，2人足夠吃了，大堂的帥哥美女會主動幫你叫車，還會為你打開車門，真的是見過最好的酒店服務。如果自己帶車去停車也很方便，出行叫車都很快，再去南京必選的酒店😂😂
