The hotel is very closed to train station et a good location for visiting nanjing ! Staff is very helpful
And kind . Room is very clean , well design but little bite small ….. I made mistake to book the room with window in the corridor …. So it is little dark … but we stay one night ! No matter . Breakfast is both Chinese and international….. with good coffee and plenty of choice .

Location was great, close to Confucius Temple area and near a subway station. When booking, be careful with the “room with views” icon, as it is a crossed window meaning there isn’t even a window.
Breakfast was supposed to be a wester and Chinese mix, but there were only a few western items (like croissants and cereal) but not great quality.

Was a little hard for us to find because there is at least another Crystal Hotel somewhat close by. So, of course, we went to the wrong one at first and that one seemed like an even newer and nicer hotel, but the one at Confucius Center had staff to go above and beyond to help us!!!!! Especially Eddy!!!

The facilities are OK, but the layout of the room furniture is unreasonable, and the activity area is divided very narrowly. I can tolerate this, thinking that most of the time I will be outside when I come back, I will just sleep on the kang. But after turning on the lights in the room, I can't stand it. There are large areas of dust, a lot of dirt on the floor, and the bathroom is also very smelly. I really can't stand it. I originally booked a room for 4 days, and I went to the front desk and Ctrip to negotiate a refund for 3 days at night. The next morning, I moved to the Mercure Xinjiekou, which cost more than 100 yuan a day. Everything is good, and my family and I are very satisfied.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's close to attractions and very convenient. It's difficult to adjust the water temperature in the bathroom, and the flushing of the toilet is weak. But everything else is satisfactory. I like the big mirror in the room.

This is simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is completely different from the Orange Hotel I usually stay in. The room facilities are old and not clean at all. The price is ridiculously high. (I booked it for more than 900, and I saw that the price for the next day was more than 700 that night.) I booked three rooms, the size was different. It is really the worst environment I have ever stayed in!
