As far as I speak Chinese there were no any problems with check-in. The hotel is located in the downtown, in the 34th floor of the high building. Also not far away from metro station

Location very close to metro and restaurants. Very convenient. I enjoyed the view of Nanjing city from the 34th floor room. However, be advised that there is no service at all.

Simple but has everything you need for a good night stay.even a washing machine in the room! Very close to metro and down town.

地理位置還行但是感覺衞生真的很差廁所裏面味道特別大有一股怪味睡覺要把廁所門關着而且杯子上面臟花了180性價比很低服務就那樣不推薦#衞生很差勁

不怎麼愉快的入住體驗，希望大家慎重考慮避雷。#服務最關鍵的一點，由於出行安排，我們在退房前一晚嘗試詢問是否可以延遲到下午兩點退房，房東一直到第二天中午12：22才回復不行，此前沒有任何溝通。典型的故意不答，等待有新房客入住了做新一單生意多賺點，反正前一單錢也付了。絲毫不考慮他這樣做是否會給我們的出行安排產生不便，故意迴避溝通。並且在電話我明確拒絕在我們回酒店拿走早已收拾好的行李再讓阿姨進來打掃後，還是擅自進來打掃並且改了門鎖密碼。#房間設施房間是二層設計，通往二層的摺疊梯一側是鬆了一個掛件的，較危險。而且打開梯子的板（如圖）非常容易撞到頭，沒有任何安全措施例如包邊之類的，我們三個人都撞過一次，它那個位置就很容易撞到。夜晚風聲大，無論窗户開一條縫還是開大點都挺吵的。#位置交通民宿所在的建華大廈電梯非常難等且人多，不好擠上去，民宿還在34樓，不可能走樓梯吧。平均出行等電梯時間在15分鐘或以上。

非常不好找，在外面根本沒有民宿名字，問石鼓路清潔工都不知道，想給老闆打電話問問在哪兒打好幾遍就是不接電話，拖着行李走了好幾個來回才算打聽到在建華大廈頂樓。衞生差，服務差，閣樓的樓梯來回上下太危險了，12點退房，他們家11點就給房間斷電了，這一路住的酒店民宿衹給他一家差評，實在是太差勁了吧。圖片衹拍了一張閣樓樓梯的，搖搖晃晃的，還非常陡
