房間很乾凈，可以看到江景，很放鬆，全屋聲控，退房時才發現。唯一的缺點是沒有提前告知有早餐票，等自己想起來的時候已經過了飯點。希望這個可以改進。總體是挺不錯的，很舒適了

1.停車場沒有任何指示，其他酒店都有。打電話問了前台，前台説停負一樓，其他的什麼都沒説；（這是前提）
2.按照地址把車停在了E6棟樓下，按照地址上的36樓上去了，以為前台在36樓，結果到了之後喊去一樓辦理，那你倒是別在網上標36樓，標1樓啊。
3.到了一樓發現前台是“精通101酒店”？什麼鬼？所以停車場連個指示牌都沒有，前台也不會説明一下嗎？兩個酒店共用一個前台，不提前説明，又沒有指引，客人怎麼找得到？但凡提前説明一下或者有一個指引，都不至於這樣！
4.空調開了二十分鐘，無風，不製冷，溝通後來檢查了，弄好了，謝謝；
5.窗台下面原本以為是一個榻榻米，結果是藏着一個機器，噪音真的巨響，且因為機器散熱導致房間特別熱，是中央空調室外機嗎？你們知道那玩意有多響多熱嗎！？還帶着長者和孩子！溝通後更換了房間，但是心情極差，明明看到了帶着長者和孩子，也明明還有別的房間。下次請在房間介紹上標明“可能會安排機器房”這幾個大字！
6.那樣的房間就請當作布草間吧，別禍禍客人了好嗎？！搬房間的時候正巧遇到了客房阿姨，阿姨説她都覺得這個聲音很響！那請問你們酒店當客人是**嗎？或者是聾子？請你們領導過來睡一晚感受一下好嗎？！
搬好房間已經晚上九點了，糟心到極致！
其他的都是服務問題，這些都無可厚非，畢竟一分價錢一分貨，但是讓長者與孩子住機器房，那就不是服務問題了。
請問其他的好評是買來的嗎？！！

房間設施都很新 衞生做的到位 雖然因為我入住的時候房間剛打掃完衞生有點點消毒水味但是至少説明衞生做到位了 洗衣機和烘乾機都給力

住的非常舒服，江景房，環境非常好，下樓就是萬達茂，很方便，而且最重要的是酒店圖片和實物相符，大大提升我的好感度！
講個小驚喜，説實話我是頭一次入住智能客房控制的酒店，可以語音控制開關窗簾，空調，燈控，還能聊天，提供聽歌服務，超級好玩～
提個小意見：洗浴房那裡可以提供放置一個放衣服的地方，這兩天我們都是拖了個凳子在門外放衣服，不是很方便，改善一下會更好。
