The hotel was well located, but the staff attention and customer service were poor. There were days when our room was not serviced and then they asked us to relocate to another room due to 'maintenance', but offered no assistance, and no discount for the disruption. The breakfast was poor and the coffee awful with no fresh juice.

Very good location for food, convenient store along street. The restuarant serving delicious cantoneses tim sum. The hotel staff are very efficient to rectify issues, if any.

Clean and nice proximity to the train station. Restaurants nearby and the price is reasonable. Good spot for a short stay.

Everything is fine. Good central location. Friendly stuff. Two minutes walking from subway station and from the Railway Station. Definitely, a good hotel for this price.

This is a very classic old hotel, I liked the old style decor. It's in a very good location near to the metro. There are loads of cheap restaurants nearby too selling lousifen. It's also walking distance to the old town night time walking street. The staff were very nice and check in and out was very fast. The room was large and everything worked well. There was also a very friendly beautiful girl in traditional costume waiting at the front door checking temperature, she also helped me retrieve my key when I locked myself out of my room. She has a good attitude and is very professional.

The old brand hotel is trustworthy. I like to stay here every time I come. There are many varieties of breakfast, and there is a children's playground outside the breakfast room, which is very humane. It feels better after the new decoration.
