酒店前台員工服務非常熱情，幫長者訂的長者不認識去酒店的路，手機也不會開導航。致電前台詢問，小姑娘很熱情告訴醫院有好幾個出口，一定從醫院5號門出來，就在5號門隔壁。然後21日早上致電前台帥哥，因為長者的核磁報告得11點半之後才能拿到，所以上午不能確定21日是否續住，也不能在12點前回酒店，小帥哥給長者延遲到2點退房。服務非常熱情，衞生很乾凈。

我是給父母長者訂的房間，父母再三和我説，前台女生和男生服務都非常好很熱情，也很熱心。人非常好。還給長者延遲退房了。房間也是離醫院非常近，如有來南通附屬看病的首選她家，服務超讚👍

服務態度是非常的好，如果住房間的人不多還要問你需不需要安靜一點的房間或者問你需不需要有窗户的房間環境的話也衹能説是中規中矩畢竟是賓館不是酒店能睡個安穩覺也是一家不錯的選擇就一進去就給人的感覺就蠻好在醫院附近的話我還是比較強推的離醫院也蠻近
