一般般，跟鎮上或者市區同等價位的差距比較明顯，可能因為位置偏僻沒有競爭性，設施還算齊全，隔音不太好，價格偏貴

沒有空調，空調不制熱，凍死了，出風口很臟。有很多灰塵沒有搭理，就是私人的那種房子，老闆服務態度倒是很不錯。
