950euro a night for a basic room - nothing special. Overall insanely expensive and just using the Marriott brand when it is not a luxury hotel at all. Very noisy rooms both from outside - rooms are arranged in a corridor so people walk by/sit and chat/bang doors until late into the night - and also form inside as there are connecting doors (locked) between rooms and you can hear every discussion your neighbour is having. Service at the beach non existent - was alone from 9am to 12pm before someone cared to show up. Breakfast was pre made (yoghurt pots and eggs) and cold. Hotel is next to a construction site.

We loved Paros. It was our second trip to the island. The first time was 16 years ago, and clearly a lot has changed (more development) but overall it’s still a really nice place that strikes a good balance between peace & quiet vs hustle & bustle. We stayed at the Cosme hotel because it’s supposedly the best on the island. At €1,200 per night, it certainly wasn’t cheap but that price is not crazy either for a 5* hotel in the Cyclades during the peak holiday month of Aug. We came to the hotel with high expectations. The property is built like a little village ad generally looks and feels nice and built to a good standard. The infinity pool is also nice, and the property is right on the beach with easy access to its own private beach club just across a dirt road So far, so good. The service experience was decidedly less good, and just left me feeling disappointed with the hotel. They didn’t do anything terribly wrong, but they were just consistently inconsistent and got many little things wrong which ended up really irking me. They genuinely seem to care, which made it even worse because I always had the feeling they could do better. It’s not clear what is the root cause of the problem, probably employee turnover, a lack of training and/or a lack of operational controls. But either way, it needs some work if this hotel wants to be worthy of its Marriott group “Luxury Collection” designation Some examples, none of them individually egregious but with an annoying cumulative effect over a 5 day stay * Breakfast is a la carte only (no buffet). They pride themselves on their menu which describes all the ingredients for each dish in details, and is creative. Great concept! Problem is that when you order something from the menu, it comes with different ingredients. Eg the energy bowl which has oats on the menu but comes with granola instead (even though they have oats and will happily remake it with oats when asked). First time I asked a waitress why they don’t just put what’s on the menu, her reply was that granola is like oats. Not a good response... Second time I asked another waiter, he said they had update the guest-facing menu some time ago (with oats instead of granola) but the kitchen was still working off the old menu (with granola). * Cleaners would come to our room every morning and remove any used plates, glasses and coffee cups. They would put those outside our door, to be cleared by (presumably) someone else. Problem was that that someone else would not come until (best case) the same evening or (worst case) the next morning. In the meantime, there was a bunch of unsightly cups, glasses and plates sitting outside the room for a very long time. It’s also a safety hazard to leave all this glass lying around on the floor in case someone accidentally kicks and breaks it… * Linked to that, once those cups or glasses got taken away, nobody replaced them. At least not until we explicitly asked if we could

Coming from the small island of Sifnos, Paros seemed like a significant increase in the number of tourists, and Americans in particular at Cosme. In fact, the guests seemed ti be almost completely American. And that’s ok, I guess. Ur it kind of takes you out of the authentic Greek vibe. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool scene is excellent. Everything is expectantly pricey but the fact that you can walk to Naoussa for dinner every night is a huge plus. It just felt more like Miami than Greece while you were at the hotel. Location can’t be beat. Breakfast is a La carte off the menu. Kind of a bummer since a Mediterranean breakfast buffet is such a great way to start the day. We were not able to take advantage of their beach set up because the weather was not cooperating. I think if you’re someone who feels more comfortable amongst Americans when you travel this place will be a 10/10. If you’re like me, and prefer to feel as far from your Home as possible, look elsewhere.

An absolutely incredible hotel and one of my favorite hotel experiences in recent memory! The setting is stunning, with gorgeous views over the pool and beach at sunset. The rooms and spacious and beautiful. The pool area is chill but also has a fun vibe, with great food and drinks. And, most importantly, the staff is absolutely top-notch, and go above and beyond to make your experience both at their hotel and in Paros absolute perfection. Pre-trip planning with the concierge was seamless and super helpful. And it was clear from the moment we checked in that the staff here are true professionals. Special shout out to Ananstasia, who went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful time. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, and perfect location walking distance to the town of Nauossa, which is adorable. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I love this hotel. The set up is a dream - an infinity pool overlooking the sea, restaurant on the beach and a bar that serves amazing cocktails. Room service is really good with fresh sea food and local dishes. Rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is heavenly. And super staff! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

5 out of 5. Wonderful hotel on the northeast side of noussa which is a great little town on the north side of the island. Hotel is quite luxurious. Wonderful staff that is very attentive. Rarely get massages but this one was really fabulous. Dining was exceptional. We visited in October and it was windy, but clear blue skies and warm. Swam the first day. So beautiful. Nothing but positives. Will come back.

This place is truly a little gem! Everyone was so helpful and kind. They arranged last minute transport for us, helped set up space for us to relax when our ferry was delayed, and just went above and beyond in everything. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and we very much enjoyed the large patio overlooking the water where we could relax. Truly understated excellence. The location was also perfect - quiet and peaceful but a quick 10 minute walk to town and all the action. Only regret was not staying a 4th night!
