Hi,
We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

Hotel with good facilities, just right for a three star. The bad thing is the location, next to an industrial estate and Chinese area of Naples. To go to the center you have the metro (Gianturco stop) line 2, a 5-10 minute walk, all straight.
Buffet breakfast service mostly pastries, coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon, and waiters serve, it is not self-service, but in general everything is good.

The room smelled like onions so we sprayed some cologne,the place that holds toothbrushes is a coffee cup with a bag over it,some italian college students were yelling but thats not the hotels fault,rooms cozy, this would have been two stars but i put three,the others on this trip also had a clean room.it had amazing internet and there's scaffolding outside our room,

The hotel was alright. Room was fine, it did have air conditioning. Beds were comfy.safe in the room free of charge. Breakfast was nice, certainly plenty of choice. The area wasn’t very nice though, like the rest of Naples there was lots of dog dirty & graffiti. We found one nice restaurant and that was all. 5 minute walk to train station. Buy tickets in advance at the tobacco shop/cafe. We used the hotel and Naples as a base and we went on a full day excursion to positano, amalfi & ravello one day. Then we took the train to Pompeii & Sorrento another day, another day we took the hydrofoil to Capri. All of these trips were amazing. On day one we stayed in Naples and did the open to bus tours. Quite disappointed in Naples itself. But the amalfi coast was terrific. We knew what to expect and we’re happy with the 4 night duration and the price we paid. Got taxi from the airport 33 euro to get to the hotel and 25 euro for return trip. There were a lot of school kids staying, once I had to go out of our room and ask them to be quiet. And then they behaved.

This hotel is AWFUL.!!! The cleaners a THEIVES and we were covered in FLEA BITES…. All over my partners back and all up my arms and fingers… and ankles.!!!! It’s looks clean on the surface but it’s rampant with MITES & FLEAS.!!!!! I felt absolutely rotten and dirty due to all The flea bites…

The hotel is clean ,the staff are helpful and friendly.The coffee shop next door ,serves good tasting coffee,with great pastries. The staff are friendly too. The area is not so great ,if your walking to either the train ,or the metro ,you have to go under a bridge/underpass.These are used as toilets ,They stink and are full of rubbish . There was rubbish everywhere ,the whole area felt un cared for and dirty .

This is an excellent hotel, lovely comfortable room, clean bathroom and linen, good breakfast too. Most importantly very friendly helpful staff, special thanks to Mario who advised the best place to get online tickets, and advised about the metro and trains, very helpful. Taxi to the airport 20 Eur, cheaper than the bus for four of us. Only downside is the area not the best but around the hotel attempts have been made to spruce it up. You can walk from the main station 25 min through rather run down part of town. A metro station is just over 5 minutes away, again not a very pleasant area, I would say the little local shops were good.

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast Comfortable beds, good shower, large bathroom. No fridge, no kettle. Location of this hotel isn't great (in an industrial area), felt quite uncomfortable walking around the area.
