Relais San Severo

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

A bit pricey the rate. Clean room, with comfortable sofa bed we were 3 people and we were quite comfortable. Friendly guy in the lobby, great location almost everything can be visited by walking. Pretty nice shared terrace.

Very well located hotel, great decor and friendly welcome

The room was very clean, comfortable and full of modern amenities. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful with tips for local food and shopping spots. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer. Highly recommend this property when visiting Naples.

Lovely staff but property was not up to the photos on ******* of room and the elevator up to the room was so slow and looked like it could break. It not a hotel but a pensione

The communication from the team was exellent to find the property and recommending places to eat and drink. The property is very central to bars and restaurants. The street outside is very busy and noisy but the apartments are set back in a courtyard via a lift or stairs on the 4th floor. The apartments are very quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. You will love or hate Naples. We loved it.💚

When we arrived the internet didn’t work and the ac was working either. We had to wait until 2 AM to get it resolved.
