Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Almost perfect stay. Great location to everything downtown. Lobby was super cute. Everyone was very friendly. Our toilet ran a lot and didnt flush well. There was a couple towels that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean, and it was in walking distance to everything! Also, it felt very safe. You couldn't enter the hotel at night without a room key. Same for going up in the elevators. And we got discount tickets to the country music hall of fame.

Loved the location of this hotel! It was a half block walk to Broadway!
My room was ok, comfortable but not as nice as it was advertised (*) to be! Also no record player or albums in the room(*). I had to request additional water bottles (*) for my room too. It was convenient but otherwise a standard room.

We were told we didn’t have a room after prepaying for a non refundable room 5 months ago. We were traveling with a group of 14 people and my husband I were the only ones who had to leave and go to another hotel several blocks away from our friends. The hotel was under construction and dirty and run down. Not the 4 star hotel that we were supposed to stay at with our friends.

The hotel was nice and located close to downtown so you didn't need a car. We stayed 3 nights. One morning there our shower was lukewarm, so it was obvious that the hotel had run out of hot water. We had friends with us staying in another room who had the same issue. The area was loud around the hotel with sirens at night that kept us up here and there but I know that can't be helped. The staff was pleasant and helpful except with the water issue. They acted like it had never happened before I found that hard to believe.

Location. If it was not for that I would not of stayed there. Terrible service experience and very expensive. Next time I’ll stay at the Sheraton.
