I love the views, the meal, the rooftop sky bar. Everything looks great and the front desk were friendly. But the rooms are too pricey

it's a 7 min walk to broadway the main action street of Nashville. the roof top bar is amazing, one can borrow their record player and vinyls and listen in the room !

The hotel is in the center of the city, a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle... I went to the bar and music street at night. It's a rare sight to see. It's a very good short-term travel experience!

Staff were wonderful! Everyone was friendly and wanted to help. Loved the ride in the Golf cart! Such a nice amenity and loved the driver! She was so fun! Would have given a give except for the construction noise and mess.
Only negative was that they gave you 2 cold beverages at check in yet there was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was nice. The staff was excellent. Also, the room was clean and spacious. There were major issues with construction noise and one of the elevators was being renovated which caused very long waits. I took the stairs coming down from the 14th floor, which was fine, but I needed to wait for 15 minutes at a time to get up to my room. Other than that it is a nice facility.

Major construction going on inside the hotel (was not informed of this prior to our stay). Very noisy all day, and horrible fumes. Our room was not ready on time and nothing was offered for our lengthy inconvenience, I had to ask for something for our trouble and received only a few $20 breakfast vouchers. Parking was outrageously priced. The hotel also offers a shuttle service via golf carts which would have been nice to use, however we were able to use it one day of our 4 days there, the driver refused to come and get anyone in our party the rest of the time. The elevators were also not working properly and that was a problem considering we were on the 21st floor.

For what this Sheraton cost, I was expecting A LOT more. To their credit, they seems to me renovating, but this means deathly slow elevators and construction noise.

This hotel is currently under renovation so our room had no furniture. We only had a bed and the room felt dated. The shower worked well and the water was hot.
There were only two elevators working and the hotel has 30 floors or more so the wait time to use the elevators was excessive.

It would have been nice to have been told the property was undergoing renovations which included parking. Had to walk a block to the hotel after parking, the inside of the hotel is being remodeled as well. I understand having to remodel, I would have liked to know before it was too late to change our reservation.
