Great luxury hotel with wonderful service. Only thing is it is about a mile from the heart of downtown and main action of the city. But the price better than kost hotels and you stay in one of the best luxury hotels. This hotel is top 10 hotels in nashville.

We’ve been coming to Nashville for weekend trips my entire life. Due to the ridiculous over pricing of hotels we haven’t been lately, however we just spent an incredible weekend in the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Nashville. The Conrad was beautiful and the staff exceptional. We will definitely be back and worth every single penny!!!

Beautiful rooms. Very modern and bright with upscale bathroom and products.. super comfy beds. Balcony view was not great. But spacious. 4th floor is flush with rooftop so we asked to be moved higher and it was better. Very walkable to mid town music row. Took Uber downtown it was easy. Vanderbilt about 15 min walk.

It was a beautiful hotel and the location was nice and peaceful however we did have some issues. The self parking was a mess, I was meeting someone and arrived early so I took the elevator up to the hotel without issues, when my partner arrived we both went to the elevator again and it no longer accepted my input so we had to walk through the entire garage which spit us out on the opposite side of the hotel in a not super secure spot, was definitely an annoying start since we had to make that walk with luggage. I called and the front desk stated “it must be a glitch” and didn’t seem to care at all. We eventually had to move to a different spot in the garage to be able to use an elevator that actually worked. Secondly our shower was broken, I called front desk and explained that the button to switch the shower from overhead to the handheld was broken, you could push it in to switch to overhead but if you went to pull it to switch back the whole thing came out of the wall! Also, the shower door was not secure and it didn’t close correctly resulting in water getting on the floor. To the credit of the hotel they sent maintenance to fix the issue however all they did was make the shower door a little more flush when closing, the shower itself was still completely not functioning correctly at all and there was no message left to indicate any work was attempted. When checking out nobody asked us how our stay was which was surprising to me considering we had some issues.

Overall it was an OK experience for a 5 star hotel and the amount of money charged. The bathroom door (shower area) could have been better. I don’t think the cleaner scrub the door very well. I’m also a neat freak so this might not bother others but it did for me and mentioned this to the housekeeper but she couldn’t understand English. Water pressure was low. I also requested in room slippers but never received a pair. This is typically a “standard” item for 4 or 5 stars hotels. Every single 5 stars hotel I’ve stayed at would provide the slippers. There was only one bathrobe and there are two of us. Not sure why there was only one and they knew there are 2 adults checking in. The bed was quite comfortable. Additional pillows would have been nice though. I was just tired of asking so I didn’t bring this up to the front desk.

The staff at this hotel are all amazing. From the moment we arrived the hospitality, level of service and kind disposition of all staff was immediately apparent. Assistance on any level when required was provided willingly and efficiently. Liaising with the concierge was super and recommendations made and reservations booked through concierge were fantastic. Shout out to Matthew, Concierge Extraordinaire (whoop whoop!!) The hotel itself is a gorgeous property, relatively new with full amenities centrally located. The rooms are modern and well appointed, super clean, comfortable and our stay was impeccable. Would highly recommend.
