The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay:
The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. You really notice it when you come in from outside and then eventually your nose becomes accustomed to it.
The ice maker doesn’t work and there were no ice cube trays. We were there for a weekend of kids’ athletics and it would have been nice to have a working ice maker in the full kitchen.
The TV did not have live TV, Hulu or Disney+ as stated in the description of amenities. Only Netflix was available after contacting the rental agency. This was a biggie since we had time between events that we needed to just chill and veg out and hoped to watch College Game Day but that was not available.
On our last evening in the room, we found two live roaches, one on the kitchen counter and the other inside the dishwasher. It was groddy.
The only couch in the space is very narrow, hard and uncomfortable. It is located in front of the TV. Not great for lounging.
The night before our checkout, I reached out to the company via text (continuing the text conversation from when I reached out about accessing Netflix) to ask if a late check out was possible. I never heard back.
