For the price, you can’t beat it. We love hanging in midtown as opposed to broadway and this is the perfect location for midtown bars. We could walk everywhere and everyone at the hotel went out of their way to help us. 5 star hotel in every way.

Nice room design but lighting was bizarrely inadequate. In this era of energy efficient lighting not sure why a new-ish hotel would skimp on lighting…
Other than lighting the hotel was absolutely fine.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and every stay has been pleasant. Staff is always friendly and efficient, rooms are always clean and nice and wonderful all around.

Hotel has a unique boutique vibe. The staff was all very nice. Very clean rooms. Loved having a nice dinning and bar option on the premises. Enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back.

My daughter lives in the apartment building next door. It was nice to be able to move between the hotel and her apartment building without going outside

On the other side of the tracks from the craziness of Downtown this was a cute hotel that had two places to get something to eat on property. Received poor service at brunch at the restaurant off the lobby and soured me from going the rest of my stay. However, the room was nice, a few noticeable dings on the furniture, but the other features of the room made it a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, boutique style hotel, service could be better but decent, very modern and new, 25 min walk to broadway, pricey parking. Overall I would stay there again.
