Our 25th anniversary stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Very nice and kind receptionists. Nice hotel, close to 9/11 and Oculus. Easy to find food. Also close to drug store and shopping places. The only downside is there was a construction outside the hotel so the access to the hotel was limited by that.

we couldn’t find water anywhere after 2am other than tap water. we had leave the hotel at 3/4am to find anything to drink. Also there isn’t anything around the hotel so it’s a far walk in 7 degree weather. the sink in our room didn’t drain. the windows would get really really foggy. the water from the shower kept getting out into the floor.

Located diagonally from the WTC memorial and three separate subway stops. Very convenient to travel around city. Only downside is that it’s in the financial district so activities and restaurants after work are limited.

I hotel that doesn't provide the basics - conditioner, bar, soap, or hand lotion. I thought that was pretty standard. Do you now how hard it is to comb through long hair with no conditioner?!!! Rooms are very dimly lit. Heating unit had a weird smell. Outside of the property is a big construction mess; however I don't think the hotel has any control over that.

Beds were comfortable. I don’t understand why you don’t have vending or some sort of place within the hotel that you can get snacks, drinks and perhaps small toiletries.

Really the only negative is that you can’t turn down the thermostat any lower than 68°
They need to remedy that!
That is way too hot for me. I prefer to sleep in a room closer to 62°
I was way too hot!
They did offer the suggestion of unlocking a window so I could off set the warm room, but it was still hard to regulate the heat in the room
