it's little bit far from downtown, they give you free Bagel BF which is nice

Friendly welcome, large room with kitchen (no equipment), but poor breakfast.

The hotel was ok for stay in New York and the staff were nice and helpful. Second, the hotel is in a Jewish community. When you are there, you can feel peace.

Staying at Pointe Plaza was an enjoyable experience. The hotel staff were helpful and professional. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and luggafe hold.

Its a old comercial building renovated for a hotel . No major view.good for good night sleep in a city

Very friendly staff and handily situated - less than 10 minutes walk from G Train.

My stay was an extreme disappointment. The location is about 20min to the nearest subway. There are also no restaurants in the vicinity. In terms of the room itself, the hot water tap is extremely hot there is no medium temperature. The staff didn’t put extra toilet paper in the room. The towels are washed in detergent that made me extremely itchy. The property was a total rip off. Pillows are also uncomfortable. Stay away is my advice.

Affordable, easily walkable from public transit, short distance from dining and music in Williamsburg. The staff was friendly. The elevator needed some maintenance.

Great hotel! Situated in a very safe neighbourhood in Brooklyn with basic amenities minutes away. Subway into Manhattan is a 15 minute walk away, bus to Downtown Brooklyn is outside or you can walk 15 minutes to Clinton Hill / Forte Green where you will find lots of great restaurants, pubs and bars. The room was a great size and we even had a view of the Manhattan skyline! The bed was the comfiest bed ever and the towels were changed daily as well as them providing toiletries. The breakfast bagel was a nice touch, especially as you can take it to go. The staff were helpful and even leant us a socket adapter for our stay as we thought there would have been USB charging points so didn’t bring one - completely our fault and quickly fixed by the friendly staff!

The hotel was lovely, the staff were super friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Overall a fantastic experience. The subway is about 13minute walk away but the upside of being outside of Manhattan is that its nice and quiet at night.

Awkwardly designed room. Little or no supplies in room, including no glass or paper cups, no coffee maker. The breakfast served on the bottom floor was spartan; just coffee & juice and a plain bagel with cream, cheese

room was very spacious and clean. staff was accommodating with early checkin and parking

Great price and very close to public transportation. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean suite, large grocery store across the street. Would recommend and stay there again.

Parking situation is atrocious. Like 10 TV channels to choose from.. c’mon ! It’s noisy, but it’s Brooklyn.
