This is our third trip to Nyachang and the first experience of living in the north, before that they lived in the European quarter.The Monica hotel was chosen including on positive reviews, The room was booked by Senor de Lux with a balcony and sea view, And here we are, We went to settle and see the room small and without a shower cabin,(if we wanted to order it, so would we still in Moscow when ordering the tour), we had to go to the recipe.Smiling, smiling administrator says that we should pay $5 per night and then we will be moved.Explained that we already paid for the room, moved, thought that this misunderstanding would end.Give a room on the 15th floor, the size is not much different from the standard, but that doesn't matter to me, The balcony is large enough and side-viewed on the sea . A couple of days later, they met children on the pool who were already going to leave, they warned that they had a bill for peanuts from the minibar which there was no, looked at themselves, we also had no peanuts and chips, warned about it, that there were no problems when you left.Well, not here, we go back to the hotel in the evening we meet admin.and says we have to pay for the dirty towel, but unlike the previous review we didn't patch it.Beaches have the same room and When they are handed out, they stone them so that the dirt is inside, no one will come to check the cleanliness of the towels. When we saw the dirty towel, we left it in the room and went for a walk and here we came back and waited for a surprise.It took 30 minutes to explain that you were not guilty until patience had ended when I said that their towels were dirty, looked and found no clean, also for a week of residence, I wouldn't pay attention to it, but this incident was angry.After this dismantling in the morning, the cleaners came and washed the floors and changed the bed and towels (which checked every day).After a day there was the same conflict with women from the 12th floor and all was in the same towel.I had the impression that they were making money in this way.Before leaving the number checked, About breakfast, Maybe when there were Chinese, they were more diverse, but when we were in 14 days they didn't change, we didn't have enough, but in other hotels at least one dish changes every day and here stability. The pool is normal, the truth before our departure removed all the mattresses from the lying, I very much hope that it is temporarily for washing.If there were no such cassues, the hotel is like a hotel, we come to see the country not to sit in a hotel.But unfortunately the guests don't like it If you do not want all the holidays to wait for you, it is better to choose another hotel, the more now the prices have decreased and for acceptable means you can choose.By the way, I would not call it too, enough pleasure in the bathroom.

I stayed here for 3 nights and everything is lovely, the design is so unique and colorful. Free hairdryer in the bathroom (public hairdryer). Suitable for people who loves to take pictures. However, there are also some things I didnot like as: the room is too small, if you stay with a big family of 6 and book a 6-Bed Dormitory room, there is no space for you to keep the luggages. There is no hot water during my stay we have told the staffs twice but still. The water is stuck in the bathroom. The rest is good so if you don't mind with the problems I have mentioned so this will be a good hostel to stay

I accidentally saw this hotel on Ctrip. I like the Japanese style very much. The location is a bit away from the city center and I was a little worried at first. It was a very satisfying experience after the actual booking and check-in! It is within walking distance from the beach, and I am happy to arrange it after requesting a sea-view room to the front desk. Unlike the beaches in the downtown area where the hotel is concentrated, the beaches here are more leisurely and comfortable. Free small fruits are prepared in the room every day, and there is a small gift coffee when checking out, which is especially heartwarming. One day a friend said that he wanted to buy something to eat at the seafood market and hoped that the hotel could process it for us. There was no such precedent, but the lady sisters and the manager asked for instructions. Finally, we had an unforgettable dinner in the hotel yard. The experience is really grateful and moved! Whether it's the young lady at the front desk, the restaurant or the little brother who helps with luggage, everyone has a sincere and kind smile on their faces, which made us really warm during the three days of staying. On the day of check-out, because the car was late to pick us up, the two of the hotel stayed with us to wait outside until the car arrived and took us away. I really felt that it was a hotel with dedicated service and customer first! Next time I come to Nha Trang or friends, I will definitely recommend it, thank you very much!
