Perfect location, just in front of the sea. After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that. Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to. The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby. They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests. They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 6 nights. The front desk team and its manager Mr Thi were impressive and therefore I would like to write this review to appreciate them. They cared for our stay, responding to our requests promptly, greeting us everyday, talked to us like friends and helping us making local calls. The hotel looked new and clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good and many restaurants nearby. However, there was a construction site next to the hotel that started work very early and sometimes finishing late at night. So there might be some noise if the room is near to the construction site.

The room is a good size, with a small balcony and sea view in the distance. It is relatively new, the elevator is convenient, the accommodation is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel service is good. We had **** on the first day we arrived. We had abdominal pain and diarrhea. We still had a fever the next day. We asked the front desk if we could delay check-out so we could take a little more rest. We were told that it could only be delayed until 1230. If it was later, we would be fine. I have to pay. At twelve o'clock, the front desk called and said that the manager was aware of the situation and allowed us to check out for free. It was a flexible arrangement👏🏻. We were grateful for this.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

The location of the hotel is very close to the city center. The beach is across the road. It is about 8 minutes away from Pearl Island. It is necessary to turn to the alley when you look for it. You can still see if you look at the sign carefully. Great, you can exchange US dollars for Vietnamese Dong. The exchange rate is not very high but it is still good in Nha Trang. The room is not as big as the picture, but there is a small refrigerator to store food. Looks like every hotel in Vietnam comes with a standard small refrigerator. We ate breakfast at a restaurant opposite the hotel. That restaurant is not recommended to pay directly in US dollars, the exchange rate is much lower than the hotel. In short, the price is still good, not far to the various attractions.

The Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel is a lovely hotel. It is near the beach and has a very nice, if a bit limited sea view. The hotel very kindly gave me a room upgrade. The facilities are superb. The rooms are wonderful and the beds are comfortable (if you get to sleep in them), and the staff is very helpful. Each room has a scale for weighing your luggage, which helped me because I'm always teetering on the limit of being stuck somewhere forever. Breakfast is the usual superb buffet you'd expect from a five-star hotel. What's not to like? Don't come here if you're looking to sleep. Everything was fine until about 10pm when someone started doing construction on the wall of my room. Bash! Crash! Thump! Duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh--duh-duh-duh-duh-Crash!!! BOOM! This went on four hours. The hotel must have anticipated it because there were two sets of earplugs on the table next to the bed. Trying to block this assault with earplugs was like trying to stop a fire hose with a cotton ball. BOOM! BANG! DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-BANG! I was on the 10th floor and I was still being pummeled like I was the object of a B-52 strike centred on my head. i eventually took all the bedding off the bed, went into the bathroom and made a place to sleep on the tile floor. Having an extra door and a glass wall between me and the constant pounding helped muffle it a bit, and I was eventully able to fall asleep from exhaustion after several hours of assult by pounding ”music.” This might be a great place to come if you want an accompaniment to a little illicit afternoon boom-boom-boom, but don't come here if you expect a relaxing evening and some sleep. You won't get it. It was a horrible experience, due entirely to the relentless, torturous assault that was inflicted on me. Would I recommend this hotel? Not a chance. Just for afternoon quickies. I'm giving it a rating of two, which is an average of 5 for illicit afternoon activities and 0 for normal uses like sleeping, relaxing, watching TV, reading, or writing. Actually, the rating is 2.5 but ratings of 0 and half-point ratings aren't allowed so I'm making it a 2 because the experience was so painful. Lovely hotel. Assault on the senses, and not in a good way. Save it for those secret liaisons where you have no expectation of sleep.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

I like the decoration of the hotel very much, the front desk and concierge service are good, smiling. Booked an ordinary room, but seen from the balcony, the sea view on the left and the city view on the right. We are two rooms and we have connected rooms. The BUT guy is a bit tricky. After we entered the room, we locked the door, and the children played in the friend's room. After a while, we went out directly from the friend's room. The door of China Unicom was closed by friends. . After returning, the most embarrassing thing in the world appeared. Both doors were closed. The one that can be opened with the room card is locked, and the other door has no handle and no lock hole. The manager on duty looked at it for a while, but couldn't find the engineering department. The engineering department waited for a while, so we wondered how to ”pry the door”. Finally a friend used a card to pry open the door of the Unicom door. Then the problem comes again, so prying the door is so easy, there is no sense of security. . If the acquaintance next door is not horrible. Then we picked up a bunch of car keys under the bed. Alas. The roof has a swimming pool and perfect sunset. Breakfast was also very good. There are many Korean guests. Of course, there are countless Korean guests throughout Nha Trang. After reading the comments, there is a building under construction next month. Indeed, a few months have passed and construction is still underway. Fortunately, the noise is not great, so it has no effect.

Overall the hotel is nice. The man is opening the door for you downstairs. The pool is quite small, maybe for no more then 2 people and not able to swim there. The safe in the room was broken And the boy from stuff was very aggressive , explaining how it works. Almost screaming at me, cause I was pushing the door not soft enough ((( The towel was small, I have long hair and always need to wrap it around it after washing.... So-so experience

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Here we were received very friendly, and we were upgraded for free and without asking! The staff is super friendly and always helpful, the rooms are very newly decorated and super clean! The hotel is located in a small back alley near the mainroad and beach, so it is quiet, even if there is no great view! Our room on the second floor had a window to the street, but still nice and bright! I can recommend this hotel without reservation, that is worth every VND! Use the pick up service from the airport to the hotel offered by the hotel to avoid rip-offs by taxi drivers! The price for that was cheap!

The location of the hotel is good, 5-10 minutes to the beach or stop (routes 2,3,4,6) and, at the same time, is quite removed from the road. This is very weight, as the noise isolation in the hotel is crying - the neighbor watches TV, or the staff discusses something in the kitchen or in the laundry, or someone from the top washs - everything is heard.The window in the room is, but it is in the ventilation mine, One of the reasons for the weakness of noise isolation. The room is cleaned daily: wash the floor, change the towels, fill the hygiene (shoulder shampoo, soap, once toothbrushes and toothpaste). The staff is responsive and kind, but in Russian does not speak, but understands the word in five, with English easier. So Google translator and camera you are helping, problems are solved quite quickly. Breakfast: A decent number of dishes for choice, in 12 days two dishes changed; prosthetic average (if compared to cafes and restaurants), but saturated; quality 4 out of 5 especially liked the oat cache and ”sup with pig” (I do not recommend ”soup fo with chicken” - badly cleaning feathers). Veranda didn't work, said it was planned to build additional floors. P.S. Very convenient hotel for those who plan beach holidays and those who plan active holidays. P.S. My holidays, in general, succeeded. P.S.I apologize to the hotel staff if my review contains a lot of criticism, but wrote everything as it was on 13-24 February.
