"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"Hotel doesn't provide clean rooms. Mostly rooms are dirty and old, shabby. Had to pay extra for a better cleaned room in another building. Staff is not at-all supportive. No lift. No help with luggage even when the room is dirty, we had to move luggage from one building 3rd floor to another building by ourselves. Horrible stay."

"Kitchen fumes will not let you sleep. This is my 4th visit to this property. They do not value the repeat customers. Presently staying at the property and writing this review. Despite being a repeat customer, I have been denied valley view balcony room, they gave me room facing the parking. You pay premium price just to smell the exhaust coming from the kitchen. The entire property is filled with kitchen fumes. Last time I was in a balcony room which was facing the balcony and it had carpet and the cleanliness was much much better, but the current room is very very pathetic. The cleanliness has also degraded."

"Stayed in superior king room with loft. Fully wooden made room. Very spacious and having adequate furniture. Wide glass windows to enjoy views of the mountains. Though choice of dishes is limited, Food is of excellent taste and quality. Only veg restaurant. Staff are polite and fast response. Rooms are not fitted with geyser. For hot water, hot water boiler is used, which delays timely availability of hot water. Don’t know how they provide hot water during night. Room has spacious sit out with 3 bamboo chairs. Full information like location, details of safaris available timings prices are shared on WhatsApp by the receptionist Mr Manu, atleast 4 hours before checkin, which was helpful to plan."

The room could have been slightly better cleaned though, since when we came there floor under the bed and furnitures were not cleaned and was filled with dust, but that was done once we informed them. Overall a must recommended stay for anyone visiting ooty."

We traveled with two kids, one of whom enjoyed playing cricket on the hillside with local kids from the area. There are only two rooms available, it's perfect for a family getaway."
